Once you head over the small sand dune to the Oasis area start running scans while watching the Lycanroc on the cliff to the right. If it hears the scan it will not jump down toward the Tyranitar but instead stay on the ledges above. Take the alternate end route and keep an eye on the Lycanroc. It will walk forward toward the Crystabloom and stop. Light the bloom and scan to make it keep moving forward. It will move to the peak of rock above the sand that rushes downward. Once on the peak it will start howling, take a picture of this for this pose.
