From the start of the level look to the left and you will see a snow mound. Throw a fluffruit at the top of the mound and a Cubchoo will pop its head out. Wait for the Beartic walking around to go near the Cubchoo and it will pick up the Cubchoo out of the snow mound, this is its 4 star pose.
