While making your first descent towards the bottom of the open area look to the left near the higher ledges as you go down you will see a Croagunk lounging asleep. Throw an illumina orb at the Gengar shadow on the wall of the same platform. Lure the Gengar over without hitting it with a fluffruit and it will scare the Croagunk awake. The Croagunk will throw a rock at the Gengar and start doing a victory dance once it is scared off, this is the 4 star pose.
