Mortal Kombat 11 contains an unlockable character called Frost. She’s the only character that needs to be unlocked manually. Everyone else is unlocked from the start.
How to Unlock Frost: Play the 4th Chapter in Story Mode and always choose to play as Sub-Zero (4 choices total in this chapter). When you do this you unlock Frost after the chapter! There are some reports that is also works when you pick 4 x Scorpion in a row, as long as you don’t mix between Sub-Zero and Scorpion.
You find Story mode from the Main Menu under “Konquer” – “Story”.
If you’ve already beaten the chapter and picked Scorpion don’t worry! In Chapter Select it shows you exactly which choices you made and you can replay that part and make the other choice. Just make sure you got all 4 Sub-Zero choices ticked off in Chapter 4.
That’s all there is to unlocking Frost in MK11, enjoy this new character!
I did it with subzero but again frost is not unlocked.
The character description says complete chapter 4 to unlock. It DOES seem to show up at the END of chapter 4, but not immediately after the choice or fight.
I played the story 3 times in a row and I still havent recived frost. I was even connected to the server and still then I didnt get frost. help.

Can you try picking 3 x Scorpion? Some people reported it unlocked then.
I’m pretty sure I mixed between sub and scorpion and I still received it but I’m not complaining
I mixed them too, and got Frost in my roster. Didn’t even knew that i should follow the order of any actions, just played the storyline
I have the same problem. I’ve done chapter four 3 times and it never works.
I still haven’t received Frost and I’ve beat chapter 4 four times with subzero and three times with scorpion.
BY THE WAU GUYS YOU HAVE TO BE CONNECTED TO THE INRNET. OTHERWISE IT WONT UNLOCK
I did the chapter with both characters 5x and still didn’t get her wth
Ok at least I know I’m not the only one this is happening to I even unlock stuff from the krypt for her but still doesn’t have her.
Try restarting your game or disconnecting then connecting to the internet.
U have to restart the game after u complete it
does anybody know how to unlock Subzeros other Outfits they say they are un lockable by story mode but so far no luck
Try to figure out which chapter it is in. Then check if you did it. If you didn’t then complete it. If you still have no luck, check the tips from the comments in this site.
I’ve unlocked Frost but couldn’t get young Kitana. I even restarted the game and checked my internet. What am I doing wrong? Btw, yes I did play the chapter in which you receive Kitana.
So I did all sub zero all scorpion and mixed it do you have to be on a certain difficulty or do you have to do it with a certain amount of health or maybe not loose but someone help me plz
I haven’t unlocked Frost on my account nor have I played story mode yet.
If there’s more than one account on the console, and another has unlocked Frost… she can be shared by logging that account in. I’ve also seen my account at times being able to use the character without the unlocked account (like now, as I type this.)
I have completed chapter 4 with subzero but still frost has not been unlocked.
