Paralysis Sac is a crafting material in Monster Hunter World available only on Low-Rank (1-5 Stars). It is used to craft certain upgrades for paralysis-weapons.

Paralysis Sac is a reward for slaying or capturing a Great Girros in Rotten Vale. It can be obtained on Low-Rank (1-5 Stars). It will show up in the mission reward screen after the monster has been defeated. However, it’s not a guaranteed drop! You may have to farm this monster multiple times to get it. There’s no way to carve this item, it’s simply a random drop in the reward screen after the monster has been defeated.

- Paralysis-based weapon upgrades
You can defeat this monster as often as you wish to farm Paralysis Sac, it respawns when fast traveling to another map.
