Mandragora is a mushroom in Monster Hunter World. It is used to craft Max Potion and Immunizer. Mandragora is one of the rarest gatherable items in the game and only grows in hidden places that are hard to reach.
Location:
You can farm the following locations by fast traveling back and forth between the maps:
- Ancient Forest
- Ancient Forest (Location 2)
- Wildspire Waste
It’s best to cultivate Mandragoras at the botanist in Astera and use fertilizer on it. This will make it grow automatically between quests.
Used to Craft:
- Max Potion
- Immunizer

There are also two when going up to the bugtrappers camp. One in the camp itself and one in the pit before climbing the tendril. I didn’t see them on here and I just found them, so I’m hoping it helps.
