Fucium Ore is a crafting component in Monster Hunter World. It is used to craft various Weapons, Armor and Upgrades.
Item Description: Ore obtained from the Elder’s Recess. A mysterious metal, capable of fusing nearly any two materials together.
Location: Fucium Ore is randomly mined from blue Mining Outcrops in Elder’s Recess. It’s exclusive to this region and not found anywhere else. It’s very rare and has low droprate.

- Elder’s Recess (Blue Ore) –> it’s a rare drop, you may have to mine all of these locations multiple times to get it.
You can get it from any of these outcrops. It’s best that you go from outcrop to outcrop and mine all of them until it drops. Then fast travel to another map to make everything respawn and go again.
The way mining works is that each map has 3-6 specific types of ore. Each outcrop on that map can drop any of that ore. It’s slightly random. So ore is not restricted to one outcrop, but rather to a certain map.
