Diary #1
After you get separated from your crew following the fight with cannibals and going up an elevator, proceed through the doorway and look immediately to your left to find ‘Diary Page 1’ on a table.
Postcard #1
You will come to a frozen morgue and fight several enemies, after you squeeze between some shelves there is a light switch box ahead, turn on the lights and go through the crawl space next to it leading in to a small room with ‘Postcard 9’ on the wall directly ahead.
Diary #2
Directly left of the previous collectible on a crate you will find ‘Diary Page 2′, this won’t appear unless you turn on the previously mentioned lights for some reason.
Diary #3
After going down the corridor with the flashing red lights, at the end climb the boxes on the right and go in to the small room just ahead to find ‘Diary Page 3’ next to the candle.
Diary #4
After taking care of the mini-gun enemy and proceeding in to the next room, enter the cell on the right marked with the skull sign to find ‘Officer’s Diary, 1’ on a shelf.
Postcard #2
Once you rescue Anna there are some double doors directly ahead, Postcard 8 is on the wall just to the left of these doors.
Diary #5
Just after the previous collectible, proceed through the double doors and find ‘Officer’s Diary, 2’ on a barrel at the end of the corridor.
Diary#6
Once you reunite with Miller and Idiot, you will go through some doors in to a large room and see a large ‘A4’ sign in the distance, proceed forward and find ‘Officer’s Diary, 3’ on a crate on the left, before getting on the elevator.
That’s 100% of the collectibles you can find in Yamantau Chapter of Metro Exodus.

There’s a bug in this level in the PS4 version. Diary page 2 can not be picked up and appears greyed out. Already tried to delete everything and re-download and re-install and start a new game but to no avail…
Turn on the lights and it appears.
No, it doesn’t. It’s greyed out and see-through almost like the object hasn’t loaded porberly.
It appeared ok for me.
You should turn on the lights of the room on yellow electricity box panel, on same wall from the right side where you get into the shooting range, not your own light. If you turn a flashlight it does not appear and are grayed out, I just did it myself 10minutes ago.

It’s just in the room where rescue Anna. After meet Anna, there’s just a door(Black-Yellow striped) behind the chair Anna was hold, and You can find that post card #2 left of that door. Do not take the elevator before you find that post card.
