MediEvil All Weapon Locations

October 23, 2019 by PowerPyx 3 Comments

MediEvil PS4 Remake / Remaster has 19 weapon locations. This guide shows where to find all of them. Some weapons are found throughout levels while others come from redeeming Chalices in the Hall of Heroes.

Finding all weapons unlocks the Master Dan-At-Arms trophy. None of them are missable! You can still get them via level select after the story. You can see which ones you found in the inventory. Press Touchpad to open the inventory and choose a weapon. After finding a weapon you must still finish the level for the progress to be saved (if you get a game over or quit the level you must get the weapon again).

To unlock the trophy you must have all weapons in your inventory at the same time. If a weapon gets stolen by an imp, you can rebuy it from a merchant gargoyle (or restart the level immediately when you notice that an imp stole from you).

Also see MediEvil All Chalice Locations.

#1: Throwing Daggers
Location. Dan’s Crypt
In the crypt where the game starts, you can find these in a chest in the left corridor.

#2: Small Sword
Location: Dan’s Crypt
In the crypt where the game starts, at the end of the corridor on the left side.

#3: Copper Shield
Location: Dan’s Crypt
Found inside the crypt where the game starts.

#4: Crossbow
Location: Hall of Heroes
Reward for redeeming 1st Chalice in Hall of Heroes (1st statue on the left).

#5: Club
Location: Cemetery Hill
When you go up the mountain with the rolling rocks, you can jump off the first slope on the left to an area below. There are two big enemies there and a chest. Inside the chest is the club.

#6: Hammer
Location: Hall of Heroes
Reward for redeeming 3rd Chalice in Hall of Heroes (2nd statue on the right).

#7: Silver Shield
Location: Return to Graveyard
Found in a chest in front of the merchant gargoyle, shortly after the start of the level on the right side.

#8: Broadsword
Location: Hall of Heroes
Reward for redeeming 5th Chalice in Hall of Heroes (2nd statue on the left).

#9: Chicken Drumsticks
Location: The Enchanted Earth
This is the trickiest weapon to get. You must first get the Witch Talisman in Level: Cemetery Hill. It’s found in the same place where the Chalice is in that level (jump down the left side of the hill with rolling rocks to find a club weapon in chest, then smash the big boulder on the right side of the area to enter witch cave. Smash the bookshelf inside and press :circle: to hold club into fire and make it burn, then put the object in the middle of the witch prison cells on fire to open the prison cells that hold the Witch Talisman and Chalice). Once you got the Witch Talisman, use it on the green Cauldron in Level: The Enchanted Earth. Accept the quest of the witch and find 7 pieces of Amber in the Ant Cave. Defeat the Queen Ant at the end and after the quest she gives you 30 Chicken Drumsticks!

#10: Spear
Location: Hall of Heroes
Reward for redeeming 7th Chalice in Hall of Heroes (statue upstairs, woman statue with spear in hand).

#11: Longbow
Location: Hall of Heroes
Reward for redeeming 8th Chalice in Hall of Heroes (statue upstairs, centaurus statue with longbow in hand).

#12: Gold Shield
Location: Hall of Heroes
Reward for redeeming 9th Chalice in Hall of Heroes (statue upstairs, knight statue with shield in hand).

#13: Axe
Location: Hall of Heroes
Reward for redeeming 10th Chalice in Hall of Heroes (statue upstairs, warrior statue with Axe in hand).

#14: Flaming Longbow
Location: Hall of Heroes
Reward for redeeming 11th Chalice in Hall of Heroes (statue upstairs, centaurus statue that gave you the longbow).

#15: Magic Sword
Location: Hall of Heroes
Reward for redeeming 13th Chalice in Hall of Heroes (statue upstairs, knight statue with blue sword).

#16: Magic Longbow
Location: Hall of Heroes
Reward for redeeming 14th Chalice in Hall of Heroes (statue upstairs, centaurus statue that gave you the longbow).

#17: Lightning
Location: Hall of Heroes
Reward for redeeming 15th Chalice in Hall of Heroes (statue behind doors, halfway up the stairs).

#18: Dragon Armor (*not needed for weapons trophy)
Location: The Crystal Caves
Reward for defeating the Dragon Boss in Crystal Caves. After using the green earth rune to unlock a door, enter the waterfall in the next room. This leads to the boss area. You’ll see a dragon head sculpture, interact with it and insert the 2 Dragon Gems. One is given by the mayor at the end of level “Inside the Asylum”, you can’t miss him. The other is given by the Pumpkin Witch in “The Pumpkin Serpent” after defeating the Pumpkin King Boss (backtrack to start of that level and use Witch Talisman on the cauldron to summon her). You need the Witch Talisman from level “Cemetery Hill” to summon Pumpkin Witch.

#19: Good Lightning (*not needed for weapons trophy)
Location: Zarok’s Lair
Given to you automatically after the first cutscene in the final level. It’s used to heal your own army of skeletons.

That’s all of the weapon locations in MediEvil (PS4 Remake / Remaster).

I think you’ve got #15 and #16 switched. The centaur guy gave me the Magic Longbow for the 13th chalice, and the blue sword guy gave me the Magic Sword for the 14th chalice.

Thanks for the great guides, man! Nearing the end of the game now

Some of them you can collect in different order. If you stick to the guide from the start you can get them all in the order outlayed here.
Sometimes there are 2 statues active at the same time so you can pick and choose which you want to go to first.

Oh ok, gotcha. That makes sense.
