Over His Head Starting Location

Find photo location in Upper West Side Park

For the third time in this quest line, talk to Phillip Chang to learn about yet another missing student called “Steve Hopkins”. He is especially worried about him because Tombstone’s gang recently started moving in the territory where Steve lives, and this annoyed him. He fears that Steve might try to fight the mobsters while under the influence of Li’s mind control.

This time, we need to go to Upper West Side district and search in the park area on the far left side of the district. See the area circled in red for Steve’s location:

Defeat thugs

When you arrive you see Tombstone’s thugs beating on Steve. You can stealth-takedown most of them. For the ones standing in a circle around Steve you can use gadgets or beat them in a fistfight. Nothing too tricky here, the thugs are standing far apart and are easy to take down with stealth attacks.

Defeat the corrupted

The thugs are out of the way, but there’s still our corrupted friend Steve who comes charging at us. One combo and he’s knocked out, then wakes up and can’t remember a thing.
