Mafia 1 Remake Terror Tales Pulp Magazine Locations

Mafia 1 Remake Definitive Edition has 20 Terror Tales Pulp Magazine Locations. Finding all Terror Tales is required for the Lending Library trophy or achievement. This guide shows all their locations.

None of the Collectibles in Mafia 1 Remake / Remaster are missable. You can see which Collectibles you’ve found in the Collection Menu. Click on the Collectible Type and press (PS4) / (Xbox One) to sort them by their Chronological Order. This guide lists them in the order they are closest together and includes the chronological in-game number and name for each one, so you can easily find your missing one. All Collectibles are saved instantly. On chapter replays you can quit to the Main Menu without reaching the next Checkpoint and there’s no need to find them again if you die. Everything carries over into your next playthrough, nothing gets lost when starting a new game.

Whenever there’s a collectible nearby it will show up as a colored icon on the minimap.

5 Terror Tales can only be found in the Story. The remaining 15 are located in Free Roam (Free Ride). Terror Tales Magazines in Story

1 – Terror Tales #20: All These Must Die!

Chapter 9: A Trip to the Country / Objective: Defend Sam – While defending Sam, you’ll be in a barn with a bunch of enemies. On the ground floor of the barn (where the enemies are, just below Sam), there’s a Terror Tales pulp magazine on a crate. This is very easy to miss. Make sure you collect it before killing all enemies, as this would trigger a cutscene and you can’t go back afterward.

 

2 – Terror Tales #18: Mistress of the Dark Pool

Chapter 10: Omerta / Objective: Find Little Tony – in the bar where you talk to Tony, on the counter.

 

3 – Terror Tales #16: Madman’s Country Fair

Chapter 12: Great Deal / Objective: Turn on the Sprinklers – in the room where you turn on the sprinklers (main objective), right next to the sprinkler valve.

 

4 – Terror Tales #19: My Sweetheart of Death

Chapter 17: Election Campaign / Objective: Escape from the Prison – after you eliminate your target with the sniper rifle, you will come to a new prison section. On the linear path while walking through this prison section (can only go one way), check the first office you come by.

 

5 – Terror Tales #17: The Corpses Wedding Night

Chapter 20: The Death of Art / Objective: Kill Sam – in the Lost Heaven Art Gallery, in an office you automatically walk through

6 – Terror Tales #9: Satan’s Love Bazaar

Beech Hill – in front of a large mansion entrance on the east side of Beech Hill.

  

7 – Terror Tales #7: Brides For The Swamp God

Oakwood – at the entrance of Oakwood Church.

  

8 – Terror Tales #15: Slaves for the Wine Goddess

Oakwood – in the north-west of Oakwood, in an alley between some dumpsters.

  

9 – Terror Tales #11: Mistress of Satan’s Hounds

Holbrook – inside a wooden hut.

  

10 – Terror Tales #6: Thirst of the Damned

Holbrook – in Holbrook Park, southern edge of the park.

  

11 – Terror Tales #3: When Love Went Mad!

Central Island – on a boat bridge north of Giuliani Bridge (there’s a big boat laying sideways on this boat bridge but you can walk under it to pass through).

  

12 – Terror Tales #4: Crawling Madness

Works Quarter – in the south of Works Quarter, must climb over a chainlink fence to reach this Terror Tales Magazine.

  

13 – Terror Tales #13: Bride of the Serpent

Works Quarter – on the floor near a chair, in the area west of Central Rail Station.

  

14 – Terror Tales #1: House of Living Death

Works Quarter – on one of the docks at West River.

  

15 – Terror Tales #8: Brides For The Damned

Chinatown – in an alley between the letters “O” and “W” of “Chinatown” on the world map.

  

16 – Terror Tales #5: The Dolls of Doom

Countryside – western half of the countryside, at a hut north-west of Heaven’s Peak.

  

17 – Terror Tales #2: River of Pain

Countryside – northeast corner of the countryside just south of the Lake Fyer dam, on some docks by a fisherman’s chair.

  

18 – Terror Tales #14: The Man Who Loved a Zombie

Countryside – at the northeasternmost building of the countryside (east of Lake Fyer).

  

19 – Terror Tales #12: Hell’s Station Master

Countryside – northeast corner of the countryside, on docks of Berry Wood Creek (lake).

  

20 – Terror Tales #10: Hostess For the Dying

Countryside – east side of the countryside, on the well behind a church. It’s the first building you’d reach when driving from the airport to Clark’s Motel (where the road splits).
