Mafia 1 Remake Definitive Edition has 22 Cigarette Card Locations. Finding all Gangsters of the United States Cigarette Cards unlocks the Full Set trophy or achievement. This guide shows all their locations.
None of the Collectibles in Mafia 1 Remake / Remaster are missable. You can see which Collectibles you’ve found in the Collection Menu. Click on the Collectible Type and press 
(PS4) / 
(Xbox One) to sort them by their Chronological Order. This guide lists them in the order they are closest together and includes the chronological in-game number and name for each one, so you can easily find your missing one. All Collectibles are saved instantly. On chapter replays you can quit to the Main Menu without reaching the next Checkpoint and there’s no need to find them again if you die. Everything carries over into your next playthrough, nothing gets lost when starting a new game.
Whenever there’s a collectible nearby it will show up as a colored icon on the minimap.
17 Cigarette Cards can only be found in the Story. The remaining 5 are found in Free Roam (Free Ride). You can access Free Ride from the Main Menu after playing the first story chapter. 1 – Cigarette Card #2: Paulie Lombardo
Chapter 3: Molotov Party / Objective: Join Paulie – at the very start of the chapter, in Salieri’s Bar on a table (in the restaurant section)
2 – Cigarette Card #3: Sam Trapani
Chapter 4: Ordinary Routine / Objective: Collect Money – in the backroom of the bakery, your first stop of the money collection tour
3 – Cigarette Card #7: Luigi Marino
Chapter 5: Fair Play / Objective: Follow Guard – after you’ve driven the Autodrome guard to the garage, search the building across from “Garage 06”. Alternatively, you can still pick this up after the race later in Chapter 5.
4 – Cigarette Card #19: Lou Marcano
Chapter 7: Better Get Used to It / Objective: Catch up to Billy – inside the building that’s filled with enemies, on a long brown table.
5 – Cigarette Card #14: Leo Galante
Chapter 8: The Saint and the Sinner / Objective: Send a Message from Don Salieri – inside Hotel Corleone. From the entrance lobby, go up one floor and you’ll find this Collectible in room 104 (on bed).
6 – Cigarette Card #13: Frank Vinci
Chapter 8: The Saint and the Sinner / Objective: Escape to Salieri’s with Sam – at the exit of St. Michael’s Church (this opens up after killing Johnny in the church).
7 – Cigarette Card #12: Carlo Falcone
Chapter 9: A Trip to the Country / Objective: Find Sam – under the second roof on the right side.
8 – Cigarette Card #5: Frank Colletti
Chapter 10: Omerta / Objective: Follow Frank and his Escort – at the airport where the hangars are, go find the building furthest south-east. In a yard behind this building is the Cigarette Card (must climb over some boxes).
9 – Cigarette Card #4: Ennio Salieri
Chapter 11: Visiting Rich People / Objective: Find the Prosecutor’s Safe – inside the big mansion, ground floor, south-eastern room (on poker table).
10 – Cigarette Card #8: Maren Morello
Chapter 14: Happy Birthday / Objective: Find the unconscious sailor – at St. Peter’s Docks, in the room with the yellow search area after talking to Sam at the port.
11 – Cigarette Card #9: Sergio Morello
Chapter 15: You Lucky … / Objective: Don’t let Sergio escape – at the Harbor, after walking over a wooden bridge where some enemies are more enemies will arrive in trucks. On the right side in a storage building you’ll find some ammo crates, medkit and this Cigarette Card.
12 – Cigarette Card #21: Lucio Marcano
Chapter 16: Crème de la Crème / Objective: Don’t let Morello escape – at the Airport, on a stack of wooden planks where some enemies are shooting at you.
13 – Cigarette Card #6: Vincenzo Ricci
Chapter 17: Election Campaign / Objective: Escape from the Prison – when you first encounter hostile police officers in the prison, check the prison cells on the left in that area.
14 – Cigarette Card #11: Tomaso Moretti
Chapter 18: Just For Relaxation / Objective: Search for the cigar shipment – after sneaking through the yard in the Federal Customs Impound, you will enter a building where a bunch of enemies are walking around. On the upper floor you can find this magazine in one of the offices.
15 – Cigarette Card #20: Sal Marcano
Chapter 19: Moonlighting / Objective: Get key from the manager – in the bank building, in the cellar where you lead the bank manager to. Check the little office on the left side here.
16 – Cigarette Card #1: Tommy Angelo
Chapter 20: The Death of Art / Objective: Meet Paulie at his apartment – in your house, on a cupboard behind where you spawn.
17 – Cigarette Card #18: Valerio Marcano
Chapter 20: The Death of Art / Objective: Follow Sam – in Lost Heaven Art Gallery, in a marble hallway where enemies are shooting at you.

Just a quick one: Cigarette Card #8 is “Marcu Morello”, not “Maren Morello”. The font on the card may be misleading, but Marcu is the actual character’s name.

The cards in the mission are still avaible in free-run? For example if I go in the Federal Impround can I find the card?
