This page contains a list of all Vehicles in Mafia 1 Remake Definitive Edition including a showcase with images and how to unlock all vehicles. This focuses on the in-game garage that’s available to you in Free Ride (Free Roam) that lists 36 vehicles total. You need at least 30 vehicles in this garage for the Motor Museum trophy or achievement. Don’t confuse this with the Carcyclopedia (which lists 49 vehicles in Title Screen and has nothing to do with the trophy).
You unlock vehicles in 4 ways: automatic from story progress, from entering the vehicle in free roam, from finding 5 hidden cars, from doing phone booth challenges.
The best method to get to 30 is to first beat the story, then find the 5 Hidden Cars in Free Roam, now search for all Free Roam Collectibles and enter any new car you see. It’s worth noting that every city district has its own roster of cars that can spawn. You’ll find high-end sports cars in Beech Hill, Oakwood, Downtown. Middle-class vehicles around Central Island, Little Italy, Chinatown. Trucks and transport vehicles spawn most frequently in Works Quarter and the Countryside. Just steal anything new. If you’re still a few vehicles short after getting the Collectibles, do the Phone Booth Challenges.

Where to find bolt cooler? I swear that car never spawn
Googrosh says
I found it in Oakwood but it’s a pretty rare spawn!
David Bowie says
If you haven’t found the bolt cooler yet just redo the Molotov mission in chapter replay there is no time limit on getting back to the bar after destroying the other cars. They’re usually quite easy to find in this mission, just carjack one drive it back and park it where you would park the other car upon completing the mission normally. You can also replay it again and get the bolt Ace pick up truck by doing the same thing then your garage will Read 37/36 cars owned.
Robert Nemtanu says
Carozella is unlocked by finishing The Old Switcheroo side mission
Googrosh says
I think the most rare spawn are Bolt Cooler and Bolt Mail. I tried for hours to find the Bolt Cooler without success. I just went in Oakwood and I found both in no time!
I know that I had luck but maybe my comment can help someone.
Nolan says
What car were you in when you found the cooler?
Josue says
Found mail car in chinatown.

Those you get for owning Mafia II and III, there is a total of 39 cars in the garage. There’s also a Black Cats Motorcycle for connecting to a My2K account in the game.
Rusty Hodge says
The Smith Moray was automatically in my garage the first time I was able to access it. No clue why.
