There are a total of 11 records in Lost Judgment. Once obtained they can be listened to on the record player in either Yokohama 99 or Yagami Detective Agency. They can be purchased from various shops, found in the environment, or earned from completing specific actions. Finding all records is required for the trophy/achievement “Sweet Jams”.

Records are listed in the order that they appear in the Records menu when you are choosing what to listen to, the order is set so you can check which one you are missing easily.
The first 4 records that are the Songs from the Dance Club School Story can’t be purchased until you’ve progressed the story far enough, so if you try to buy them and they aren’t available you need to continue the School Story.
Let’s Dance – Purchased from Ebisu Pawn Yokohama
Long Drill on the Break – Purchased from Ebisu Pawn Kamurocho
Esmeralda – Purchased from Benten Pawn
Girls – Purchased from Ebisu Pawn Kamurocho
Opening – Automatically have this record from the start of the game.
Yagami Detective Agency – This is obtained by searching with Ranpo. In Ijincho go into the lower level of the car park south of the homeless camp. Go near to the red ticket machine to have Ranpo find the record.

Random Fire – Obtained from Cat Interaction. Gain a level of Pawpularity with the grey cat located in Ijincho at the Chinatown cat spot.

Faster than Lightning – Obtained from Gauntlet: Ijincho Sprint mission.
You have a Tree Trunk Legs extract in your inventory, just use it right away just in case. The main thing here is you have to make sure not to miss any prompts, and make sure to kick the two balls and the bucket at the man you’re chasing. If done perfecting you’ll catch up to him with 15 seconds left.

All’s Well That Ends Well – Obtained automatically from completing the story.

I got the faster than lightning record after completing the gauntlet but it’s not in my inventory. It says that I completed as well with a checkmark next to it.
All gauntlet rewards need to be picked up from the mailbox to have them added to your inventory in the actual main game.

I can’t see the Girls trophy for sale in Ebisu Pawn in Kamurocho. Is there something I need to do before it unlocks?
I stumbled upon the same issue, when I realized that the records related to the Dance Club storyline are available in the respective pawn shop after progressing far enough in the School Club storyline!
