Chapter 6 Walkthrough
Back to Ijincho
You start the chapter at Genda Law Office after the events at the end of the prior chapter. Leave the building and head back to Yagami Detective Agency to rest and progress to the next day, then take the taxi back to Ijincho to continue the story. You and Kaito arrive, and you need to head back to Seiryo High School again to the Faculty Room to try and speak with Sawa once more. After your conversation is done you need to leave the school.
Saori Investigation Hours
You’ll now switch to playing as Saori, who is aiming to investigate the RK members in Kamurocho herself. Leave Genda Law Office, and you’ll automatically move to outside Bar Tender to meet up with Mari, who is going to help Saori get dressed up to attract the attention of some of the gang members. If you played the first game this section will be familiar, you need to get Saori dressed up to work at a hostess club for a bit. You can choose whatever outfit and accessories you feel like, it doesn’t have any actual bearing on what happens after, so put in as much or as little time as you want into dressing her up.
Once finished follow the objective down the road to try and get RK attention. Answer however you want for the first two options, then the two gang members will think you’re being suspicious, and you should respond with “I’m just an RK fangirl!”, followed by “I don’t owe you a name”.
Kill Some Time (or Don’t)
You’ll now automatically switch back to playing as Yagami. Your objective is to “Kill Some Time”, with the implication being that you should run around Ijincho and do other Side Content until it’s time to speak with Sawa again (you even get messaged by Amasawa about some stuff at the same time). If you don’t feel like it though you can immediately force the next part of the story to trigger by taking a taxi to and from Kamurocho, which will count as enough time passing. Once you trigger the next story section you’re locked in for a bit, so if you want to work on side content do it now before going back to speak with Sawa.
Return to the Faculty Room to attempt to speak with Sawa, who has apparently had to leave early due to a break-in at her apartment. You need to speak with someone who might know where she leaves so you can investigate, so go up to the 4th floor to speak with the Chairman.
He reluctantly gives you her address so that Yagami can check up on her, then head over and go up to her room to end the chapter.
