Introduction
Welcome to the Lords of the Fallen Guide! Lords of the Fallen is a souls title of developer Hexworks. This guide will help you to achieve platinum in three playthroughs if you follow the steps exactly. A minimum of 3 playthroughs is mandatory, and you must do it using the same character, one normal run and then two New Game+ runs. This is because each ending has soul-bound items that are bound to your character. Platinum will take some time to achieve, as there are many items that can be randomly dropped by enemies. You have to farm these. This can take more or less time depending on your luck. The New Game+ mode can also take a little more time, as the mode is rather unbalanced and bosses have far too much health. In the All-in-One Collectible Guide we go efficiently, so we get the most trophies in the first playthrough, since it’s easier than doing it in New Game+. In New Game+, at certain points in the game, we can only plant ourselves a Vestige seed, which serves as a checkpoint. However, we can only carry 5 of them and plant only one active checkpoint, so it must be well thought out where we plant a seed. However, seeds can be bought endlessly from Molhu and dropped by all the Bosses. There are many trophies that can be missed, so you have to pay attention. If we progress too far in the story, some quests fail. Since patch 1.01, the online armours from the online shrines are no longer required for the platinum.
Big Time Saver: Duplication Exploit
The following makes Platinum much easier & faster:
A co-op player can drop Vigor Skulls which can be consumed to level up fast. These can be duplicated with the help of a Cloud Save (PS+ required). You can upload and download the save data to duplicate items for leveling up quickly. Back up your save, drop the items to your co-op friend, redownload your save from Cloud, rinse and repeat. This also works with upgrade materials for the lamp and weapons (counts towards their trophies). What cannot be duplicated are spells, armour, tincts, gestures, quest items and boss materials. To back up your save go to PS5 Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings > Saved Data (PS5) > Upload from Console Storage. In this menu also click “Sync Saved Data” and disable the automatic save sync (otherwise it could overwrite your save when exiting the game). To download your old save go back to the same menu but choose “Download or Delete from Cloud Storage”.
Step 1: “Adyr Ending” + nearly all Side-Quests + Collectibles [40-60 Hours]
In the first playthrough we focus on unlocking the Adyr ending and combine it with most collectibles & side quests possible. One side quest is tied to the Adyr Ending. In order to unlock the Adyr ending, you are not allowed to cleanse a single beacon in the game! Therefore, keep in mind that you do not interact with a single beacon in this playthrough, otherwise you won’t get the trophy!
This is what beacons look like (red light) – don’t interact with them:
Simply follow the Collectible Guide, it includes all Collectibles, Items, Bosses, Missables etc to get everything possible in the first playthrough:
» Lords of the Fallen (2023) All-in-One Collectible Guide
You should also take some time to read through the Endings Guide first. For Platinum we need a minimum of 3 playthroughs with one character (not different characters) to unlock the soul-bound items from each ending. We have to go for a different ending each playthrough so this will give you a more in-depth step by step overview of how to structure your playthroughs:
» Lords of the Fallen (2023) All Endings Guide
The game has only 1 Autosave and no Manual Saves. Because of this it’s highly advisable to back up your save in PS+ frequently (PS5 Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings > Saved Data (PS5) > Upload from Console Storage). In this menu also click “Sync Saved Data” and disable the automatic save sync (otherwise it could overwrite your save when exiting the game). If something goes wrong you can redownload the save. You can always do as many New Game+ playthroughs as needed, anything you missed can still be done in NG+. However, if you mess up an Ending without a backup Cloud Save you would need a full 4th playthrough which would increase the Platinum time by 10 hours.
It’s also recommended to farm all randomly dropped collectibles/items from enemies during this playthrough. This is easier than doing it in New Game+ (they are pointed out in the Collectible Guide where they can be farmed).
Step 2: “Radiant Ending” + Kukajin Quest [7-10 Hours]
In the second playthrough we focus on the Radiant Ending. This is the opposite of the Adyr Ending and requires cleansing ALL beacons.
Again refer to the Endings Guide: » Lords of the Fallen (2023) All Endings Guide
We combine this run with the Kukajin quest that was canceled out in the previous run. The ending is also ideal if other side quests failed on the first run, we can redo them now.
See this guide for all Side Quests, finish any that you have left, each has a trophy tied to it so you can compare against your trophy list: » Lords of the Fallen (2023) All Side Quests Walkthrough
Step 3: “Umbral Ending” + Paladin Isaac Quest + Iron Wayfarer Quest + Defeat All Bosses [6-10 Hours]
In this run we’ll focus on the Umbral Ending. For this ending we kill all NPCs. We have to pay attention to many important steps so that we don’t miss the ending.
Follow the Umbral Ending Guide exactly step by step – if in doubt back up your save regularly in PS+ Cloud: See » Lords of the Fallen (2023) All Endings Guide. Also finish Paladin Isaac’s quest during this run.
Once we have reached the end and collected everything, the platinum trophy is ours. If you are still missing a collectible, refer to the checklists below to compare against your in-game inventory to find what’s missing:

For this trophy we have to upgrade our weapon to the maximum. We can do this with the blacksmith Gerlinde after freeing her from prison in Pilgrim’s Perch. Gerlinde is located in Skyrest Bridge. To do this we have to upgrade our weapon to +10. We can do this with shards, which can be found everywhere in the game.
Rune Novice Place a rune in a socket for the first time. |
||
For this trophy we first have to find the Cracked Rune Tablet. We find this in Fitzroy’s Gorge in a cave after we meet the NPC Drustan. Give this rune tablet to the blacksmith Gerlinde so that we can put rune slots into our weapons. If we have done this, a bronze trophy will be forged for us.
Rune Master Fully socket a 3-rune weapon or shield. |
||
For this trophy we need to find the remaining two Rune Tablets. To do this we need to find the Chipped Rune Tablet, which is located in a fireplace in Upper Calrath. Carving Out Victory Fully upgrade the Umbral lamp. |
||
We upgrade the Umbral Lamp by finding three Antediluvian Chisels . These can be found in the areas of Lower Calrath, Fief of the Chill Curse and Manse of the Hallowed Brothers while we are in Umbral. This can be seen when a red dot appears. Then we can perform a finisher with and unlock this trophy. The trophy can be performed at any location.
Thriving in Darkness Use a Vestige Seed. |
||
For this trophy we have to plant a Vestige Seed. We can plant these anywhere in the game where we find flowerbeds. You can quickly recognize such places when the icon of the Umbral Lamp starts to glow blue. The first possible place is after the tutorial boss. To plant a seed press to select the Umbral Lamp, hold to aim on the ground and press to plant the Vestige Seed. After that, the trophy is yours.
Seasoned Reach Level 100. |
||
For this trophy we have to reach level 100. This happens when we level up at the Vestige. We earn levels by gaining vigor by killing enemies. We can also use Vigor Skulls or sell unneeded items to get additional points. However, the quickest way is to use the Duplication Exploit when another player drops us Vigor Skulls (see Roadmap for this exploit).
Wayfarer Visit all of the areas in the game. |

This trophy comes when we have visited all areas in Lords of the Fallen. Areas include Defiled Sepulcher, Abandoned Redcopse, Skyrest Bridge, Pilgrim’s Perch, Forsaken Fen, Fitzroy’s Gorge, Shrine of Adyr, Lower Calrath, Upper Calrath, Sunless Skein, Cisterns, Revelation Depths, Mother’s Lull, Fief of the Chill Curse, Path of Devotion, Manse of the Hallowed Brothers, Tower of Penance, Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters, The Empyrean and Bramis Castle.
By following the all-in-one collectible guide you’ll get it automatically. |

The Past Shapes the Present Offer Molhu the Bowl of Revelations. |
||
For this trophy you have to find the quest item Bowl of Revelations. We can find this in Pilgrem’s Perch. To do this we have to find an Umbral Belly while we are in Umbral, which contains the item. Bowl of Revelations is located relatively far down in Pilgrem’s Perch and can be reached quickly from Vestige Point Belltower if we follow the path from the elevator to the left. Once we have found the quest item, we have to return to Molhu in Skyrest Bridge and give him the item so that he can expand his dealer inventory.
Lingering Moments View all Umbral stigmas. |
||
*MISSABLE*
There are 60 Umbral Stigmas in the game that we have to see. Umbral Stigmas are tragic events from the past that happened in Axiom. To see Umbral Stigmas we have to look for blue moths in Axiom. Once we’ve seen these, we switch to Umbral to use Soulflay on the Umbral Stigmas so we can watch the event. There are also Umbral Stigmas from Paladin Isaac, Drustan and Iron Wayfarer Quest – see Lords of the Fallen (2023) All Side Quests Walkthrough. Once we’ve seen all 60, the trophy is ours. However, we need to play through the game at least two times, as each boss from the ending (with the exception of the Adyr ending) has its own stigma. » Lords of the Fallen (2023) All-in-One Collectible Guide |

A Rest Among the Dead Reach the Skyrest Bridge interior. |
||
Automatic story-related trophy, cannot be missed. This appears as soon as we visit Skyrest Bridge for the first time. This happens after we kill Pieta.
A Trace of Venom Kukajin concludes her business in Mournstead. |
||
*MISSABLE*
Kukajin’s Quest is relatively simple. We free her with a Radiant Healing spell so that we can summon her in boss fights. We have to make sure that we pay her after every boss fight, otherwise she will kill us and the quest will fail. Step-by-Step Quest Walkthrough: |

Hey all, Lords of the Fallen Trophy Guide is finally here!
First and foremost I’d like to give a heartfelt thanks to Hinsusta for seeing this guide through to completion. He’s a good friend and one of the best completionists I know. Couldn’t have done it without him!

Also a special thanks goes to Danaerium, FranciRoosters, proud2bNs who helped with the Collectible Guide. It has been a massive undertaking.
Appreciate the guide requests by the community too. It took a while longer than usual due to the sheer amount of items and missable trophies, and it being a busy time for game releases right now. Hope it will make your platinum hunt more enjoyable, have fun!
HellSpawn says
I’m new to the game I have started a new run with 2 modifiers: weapon already leveled up and dont remember, after 15hours all the trophyes relator to find all weapons/armor/spells etc still showing a 0% on my profile.
The new patch and the mods prevent me to get the platinum or its just a bug?
Mattoelite1 says
Thanks for the guide! You guys are likely already aware, but the devs are changing NG+ to where you can keep the regular NG difficulty, and keep all your gear/levels. You have the option of doing NG+ with reduced vestiges and tankier enemies if you want the challenge.
Cyberdude says
Thanks for the guide!!!!! Been looking forward to this one Will the new patch alter this guide? No need for new game plus?
PowerPyx says
It’s up to date for current patch. You still need NG+ for the 3 endings with 1 character to get the soul-bound items. NG+ difficulty is just a bit easier now than it was before.
tupitar says
Hey! The patch had said that we can restart the same world with the same character (while keeping your gear and levels).
This effectively makes it a choice between a “harder” NG+ and an “easier” NG+
Just want to make sure that this guide was written with that in mind? Does this still mean we need to go into the harder NG+ or are we okay to go into the easier NG+ ?
Also thank you very much for the guide. I know people were getting a little testy in the comments of other posts so know that this guide is appreciated!
PowerPyx says
You can pick the ‘easier NG+’. But you still need 3 playthroughs and finish 2 runs in NG+ for the endings / soul-bound items / bosses. So structurally nothing changed.
Cyberdude says
Just to confirm you can’t do new game keeping regular difficulty and all items but you must do new game plus?
Martin says
Wow, that’s really awesome work. Thanks so much for the effort 🙂
Life says
You’re an absolute legend!, has the new difficulty patch been implemented yet? I want to start NG+ but want the easier difficulty
Cocka says
I hate online trophies in games like this, because none of my friends play them, and playing with randoms is pain or even looking for someone to play with to match schedules etc.
Ruffio says
The only things that require multiplayer is one boss kill in co-op, and one PvP win (with having used a finger for bonus hands). The rest are just being online to avenge players via the red lanterns. Only need 4 red lanterns for enough eyes to donate 10. The 1 PvP kill will get you enough hands (with finger, need 2 wins without using the finger), and the one boss clear in co-op gets you enough to donate coins. It’s very little multiplayer required.
Tommyrotts says
Thanks for the guide. Really wish there wasn’t pvp required, I’m awful at it and loathe it. Maybe they’ll let us boost it somehow in the future, I have had way too much lag in coop to try/fail pvp repeatedly. It’s fun so far, though, was relieved after all the negative comments I’d read about it
Timur Huhua says
Always make a save to the cloud. The Kukajin trophy can simply not be obtained, because she does not appear in skyrest bridge after a boss fight. Every time I immediately run to pay for her call, but she is not there. She immediately becomes the boss and start fulfilling the conditions for the trophy again. This is not a violation of the order of the bosses, this is a bug. I killed Lightkeaper 3 times and received her invoice 3 times, but only once did I see her in the safe zone. I do not know how to defeat this bug, but I was constantly uploading a save to promote her line of tasks. I started having problems after upgrading to version 1.011. My friends got this trophy without any problems before the upgrade.
Timur Huhua says
The Wayfarer trophy is buggy. In most cases, this is caused by depth revelations. You should stand on a wooden platform at the beginning of the location and run back and forth. You call the location label again. It helped me. Not a game, but a minefield of bugs.
Michelle says
OMG you are right! I tried your solution and it worked! I was wondering why I didn’t get the trophy cause I combed this game. Thanks for sharing!
Jonah says
Where is the beginning of location?
x4saken1x says
OMG thank you for this I had to enter revelation depths 5X just for it to count and pop this trophy
Reece says
Hi! Huge thank you to you and your team for the guide. Struggling to follow the text locations for the Umbral Stigmas, will there be a video guide for these available at some point?
PowerPyx says
No videos planned. Next video project will be Alan Wake 2.
The “by type” pages are meant more as a checklist (hence in Step 3). We recommend following the Collectible Guide in Step 1 then you’ll have everything possible with minimal cleanup. The Checklists are meant to compare if you missed an item in a category, makes it easier to find what you still need than re-reading the 21,000+ words of collectible guide.
Serj says
My boys, you are amazing. Cannot believe you actually came through with this. Amazing job, absolutely amazing
Killer says
Harder than lies of p?
Jim says
Definitely not as difficult as lies of P, but more time consuming to get all the collectables and therefore a real pain.
Chris Radford says
I thought they balanced out the new game + bosses?
Bloody says
Oh that’s awesome. Thank you sooooo much for this guide. I was hoping you will bring us one.
Gurpreet says
which class/build is best for this game ? Any advice
Michelle says
You guys are awesome! You are my number one source for plat runs! Much appreciation and thank you for putting this together cause this game has so much to do. This game is 10/10! 🙂
Foremanskin says
You are not required to talk to Iron Wayfarer in Lower Carlath for the “Last Step” trophy. I missed him there and he still joined me in the boss fight and took the Rune of Adyr and later I was able to pop the trophy.
Also, there is a very annoying glitch at the moment where you can’t interact with the Bramis Castle door if your previous playthrough was Umbral. I am going for the Adyr ending at the moment and now I’m softlocked unless I go to Mother’s Lull and go for the Umbral ending again.
Adil says
If you have the deluxe edition you can get kukajin and Isaac request in the same run. Just use cloud save and summon Isaac for lightreaper then reload save and summon kukajin as normal. You get the trophy and you don’t need the armour since you already have it in the deluxe edition
Macleod says
@Powerpyx with the new reset option coming out tomorrow do you think will be possible got all trophies in the same ng0 and subsequent playthroughs with the reset?
imanzuel says
Do I understand this correctly: The 3 runs, they must be made in the New Game+ (+2)? 3 runs in NG+0 do not work? If not, why? The developers themselves have written that NG+0 is there for missing achievements.
Cheese says
Also trying to find an answer to this still.
Oli says
No, you can do all on standard game, less buggy and trophies are popping nicely and there’s no specific new game + gear so all can be done on standard
Arkonite says
The Hunt’s End trophy isn’t missable ;)
If we die during the 3 first encounters with the Lightreaper, we must fight him a last time at Upper Calrath. Once we got the Rune of Adyr at the end of the Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters (or not if we follow the Iron Wayfarer’s quest), we have to return to Upper Calrath from Skyrest Bridge shortcut (because an umbral entity block the door near the Vestige of Forgotten Gardian). When crossing the big arena of ashes, the last fight against the Ligthreaper will begin and it’s mandatory to kill him to reach the Castle Bramis gate.
Olaf says
This is true. Just finished the game without any tutorial and I have earned this trophy in the exactly Arkonite mentioned location.
Nathan says
I assume that the difficulty is quite a bit lower as of today, with the new patch that lets you replay the game with the same character on a new NG instead of having to go to the much more difficult NG+?
Josh says
Is it out for consoles yet?
NightmareTrophy says
Only one thing: the difficulty is higher than 7/10. The game is very difficult. There is no teleport for transfers between regions. You must save the game perfectly, and the game is very large. Add to that 27 missable trophies. I give it 9/10.
Jonah says
The Wayfarer trophy not unlock for me 🙁
Pavlintosh2 says
Anyone willing to drop weapons, armor, and rings for trophies? Maybe some vigor skulls? 🙂
I can help with pvp trohies.

aqz says
what do “soul bound” items mean?
Is it the items u get from unlocking the classes in NG+ (Radiant purifier, Putrid Child, Lord class)
Marco says
Hi guys! Quick question:
does selling an unique weapon (I sold a bow…) impact the weapon related trophy? I did this mistake accidentally 🙁
Any way to work around it? Maybe can I collect it again in NG+?
Thanks!
Oli says
It seems you need to have all of the weapons in the inventory at the same time.
Mike says
Anyone want to help me with the shared triumph trophy on PS5? PSN is ALKAHOLIK-
Sergiu says
If you still need this add me at SerjSri and send a message across
Andrew says
I’m new to this game but PSN is BigTimePlaya45. First things first I need to get through this game
Deam says
It seems that you are missing some Umbral Stigmas there are at least 63.
After you killed the Lightreaper there are new Umbral Stigmas at each Arena you fight him and 1 for the Umbral ending at the last boss.
PowerPyx says
Those are the same identical Umbral Stigma depending on where you kill him. You only need any one of them.
Vincenzo says
Hi guys, which gestures are linked to the shrines?
Thanks
Andrew says
I’m definitely down to help people when it comes to certain boss battles but I also need help on some bosses. BigTimePlaya45 is my PSn if anyone is down to play or something
Andrew says
With this having online trophies, I need help with them too
Liquidocelot666 says
I’m sad, My Throwable trophy didn’t pop, I tried throwing everything at least once and nothing happened, My only hope is that bows, crossbows and chalice count for this since I miss some of theme
70h on the game for nothing yay
Jojo says
This game is a broken mess, a shadow dispelled for killing the red reaper trophy is not unlocking, also kukajin has a weird bug and you can’t make her hostile and a boss to attack you. She always stay at skyrest Bridge and never leaves!!
Oli says
There’s a solution to this: Die to Lightreaper in the first go, You need to Pay her after Hushed Saint boss, then die to Lightreaper in the second encounter in Fitzroys George. Progress all the way to Depths, Summon her for Harrower Dervela and Pay Her. Go to Hollow Crow and backup save. Summon her and kill the boss, Don’t rest or die, go straight to lightreaper and kill him in one go. if you die reload your save. After that play as normal and she will appear in upper Calrath. (I found this from developers Notes Update)
aqz says
So for the “View all stigmas” trophy, U have to get ALL of lightreaper’s stigmas, just kill him once in the playthrough and then go back and get his stigmas; once where u killed him, and 3 times at the other places where he spawns at
This was the thing which fixed me and made me able to get the trophy
Chris-T says
Just finished the 6th playtrough on the same character.
Kill all bosses trophy won’t pop up for me.
I am 100% sure I didn’t miss any boss.
This game is messed up big time.
Think I’m gonna quit.
Oli says
Did you kill secret boss which gives you Pumpkin mask?
Sasan says
Hi please help me
I already have all armour pieces but the trophy ironclad did not pop up
What should i suppose to do ?
Oli says
You must be missing done gear, pumpkin mask is easy to miss, and blessed carrion helm and armour, also did you get tortured soul Sophia gear after her quest? did you get Byron Gear?
Danilo says

Yannik says
The new content update messed up this guide a bit. You can collect the new stuff to get the trophies earlier.
Desnortao says
Last patch messed my game up.No more red lamps in my game.Any one knows what enemies drop the online currencies? I can confirm ruiner in Calrath, after Lydia vestige drops hands, but very low rate.

Add me: BigDoggNL

Niall says
I’m down for this, and I’ll tell you why. My save file got corrupted today. Lvl 205 with 119 hours clocked up. I want the platinum and are willing to help dupe. PSN: Clyner82, add me please
Movses says
Can confirm, only need 2 playthroughs and a save scum prior to point of no return that locks you into the ending.
I did umbral ending first and then had all trophies done except all armor, all weapons, all stigma, all bosses, damarose quest, defeat adyr, radiant ending and infernal ending, and all inferno spells.
On second playthrough, I already had beat kukajin, once i ebtered the castle I let damarose quest finish and that will give me her weapon which is my last for the trophy. Then I did the infernal ending which gave me the all armor trophy from iselle, and the infernal ending.
Then, I reloaded my save file prior to the castle and cleansed the becons before I entered bramis. This triggered the damarose fight, and I didn’t t return the cloth to the tortured prisoner so it triggered her fight and then I fight adyr getting the all bosses trophy. ( trophy actually popped prior to adyr) Then I did the adyr remembrance and stigma which gave me the radiant ending, the last inferno spells and all stigma trophies, and finally the plat! Doing it like this was about 62 hours.
Josh says
New achievements are hard, permanent death and such. Maybe save scumming would be effective or once you’re in umbral just leave the game
Dracul says
Will you be doing a most efficient guide for these new rogue like trophies they have just added? Thanks ? in advance.
Ghibransiregar says
Hi,can anyone drop vigor skull for me?
PSN: Ghibransiregar
Thx
Dunge2@gmail.com says
Recommending to do the Umbral ending on the third run (NG+2) is a VERY bad advice. The Elianna fight at this difficulty is just brutal and near impossible. Doing it in the first NG run is absolutely the best way to go.
Omairi says
Is buying all npc items mandatory for there quest line ?
Psycogems says
Can anyone drop vigor for me pls.
