Introduction
Welcome to the Lollipop Chainsaw RePop Trophy Guide (PS5 Remaster). Juliet Starling has risen from the dead and shows off her cheerleading skills in the new PS5 Remaster of Lollipop Chainsaw, labeled as the “RePop” version. In Lollipop Chainsaw RePop, we beat our way through zombies as a cheerleading high school girl. Armed with the iconic chainsaw, where Juliet showed off her skills back in 2012 on the PS3, we can now return to the adventure 12 years later. While the fundamentals of the game have not changed, there have been some quality of life improvements that make the trophies easier. There is an accessibility option to turn on automatically solving Quick Time Events (QTE), which makes the trophy ‘Aced Auto-shop Class’ and ‘Cheerleader Overboard!’ easier There is also an improved and more accurate combat system, which makes fighting more precise than before. With new skins for the chainsaw, there are now also more skills that make the game easier. There’s a chainsaw that even allows us to never get caught by a zombie again. There are no missable trophies. All trophies can be collected at any time via ‘Stage Select’. There are a total of 6 levels, each of which can be completed very quickly. It’s a relatively short and not too difficult platinum.
Step 1: Finish the Game on Hard difficulty, Happy Ending, Collect all 40 Lollipop Wrappers, Save all 21 Classmates
The first step is to start the game on hard mode, as some lollipop wrappers and zombies only spawn on hard mode. The game asks whether you want to play the game in Original or RepPop mode, but for trophies this does not matter so pick whichever you want. The difference between these modes is that the original mode contains a little more ‘gore’, while the RePop mode is more colorful. In addition, try to save all 21 classmates. The classmates are all on the main story path, so you can’t miss any of them. However, they can die, so you have to be careful that zombies don’t kill them. If a classmate dies, reload the checkpoint. Also collect all 40 Lollipop Wrappers, some of which only appear on Hord Mode. They are unchanged from the original PS3 version. If you’ve collected all wrappers and saved all classmates, you also get the happy ending. However, if you failed to save all classmates you get the Bad Ending. On hard mode, you should make sure that you buy the skills for Juliet from the vending machine first, as you’ll take a lot of damage otherwise.
If you have problems finishing the first chapter on Hard, you can leave the chapter and start again to farm a few more coins to buy more skills or combo attacks. A recommended combo is the attack “Chainsaw Stab “, “Armadillo Spin ” and “Holy Chainsaw “. These attacks make Hard Mode quite easy.
Step 2: Finish Time Attack Mode, Zombie Fancier Trophy
In the second run, concentrate on the new Time Attack Mode, which is more like a Speedrun mode. You can complete the Time Attack Mode on the Normal difficulty level (Easy difficulty isn’t available for this mode). In Time Attack, you have only 1 life per stage. You cannot save or restart a checkpoint, but if you die you can retry from the start of the stage. If you want to take a break, you have to put the console into rest mode. In this run, you will most likely also find the remaining zombies that were missing for the Zombie Fancier. Once you have completed the game on hard, all other zombies are guaranteed to spawn in the stages on lower difficulties. In addition, zombie number 32 “Jack” only spawns in Time Attack mode in Stage 6. However, you won’t get the trophy for the bad ending in this mode.
Note that Dad’s ‘Clear Times’ don’t count in Time Attack Mode, hence you will need a third playthrough for that.
Step 3: Bad Ending, Beat Dad’s Times
In the next step, beat all stages in Dad’s time. You can even do this on the easiest difficulty level. Since you only have to beat his first time here, this trophy is very easy. Unlike the PS3 version, you no longer have to achieve a certain score, simply complete each stage as quickly as possible. As soon as you repeat Stage 6 again, you can also get the trophy for the Bad Ending. After the credits the game asks if you want to see the Happy Ending, simply choose “No” to see the Bad Ending.

|
||
Lollipop Addict Collected all lollipop wrappers. |
||
There are a total of 40 lollipop wrappers. Some of them are in plain sight while others are well hidden and easy to miss. The lollipop wrappers look like golden glowing lollipops. ||
Critical UFO Finish Funk Josey in the last 10 seconds. |
||
Location: Stage 4 – Fulci Fun Center At the end of stage 4 you will have to fight a boss called Josey. In the last phase of the fight you are on an UFO and have to destroy blue antennas. You have 3 minutes in total (which is more than enough). After destroying everything you can finish Josey. He won’t attack you after the antennas have been destroyed. Attack him once the timer is at ~10 seconds and complete the QTE to end the fight. |
||

One hit with the chainsaw is enough to cut off a finger. |
||
Life Guard Rescued all classmates in Prologue. |
||
For this trophy you have to save all 3 classmates in the prologue. This almost automatically. If a classmate dies, simply reload the checkpoint.
Accidental Vandalism Destroyed 300 objects in the game. |
||
For this trophy you have to destroy 300 objects. To do this, simply hit anything that looks fragile. Especially in high school, there are a lot of objects because each locker in the hallway is counted as a single object.
Go, Medal Racer, Go! Picked up all zombie medals on the rooftop with Chainsaw Dash. |
||
Location: Stage 2 – Stadium As you progress in stage 2 you will come to the rooftops after fighting through a building. There are 4 rooftop sequences where you can pick up the zombie medals (the golden coins) and they are separated by other little events where you have to fight off several zombies. If you think you missed a coin reload the last checkpoint! Especially at the very end after collecting the last coin you should pause the game and prepare to restart if the trophy does not pop. Once you use to final ramp you will be trapped inside the stadium and there is no turning back! |

If it doesn’t unlock you might have missed a little piece. |
||
No Fear Of Heights Beat the Gondola game without shooting. |
||
Location: Stage 4 – Fulci Fun Center The Gondola game is a forced event during stage 4. It cannot be missed! The game is about 2 minutes long and you are not allowed to get hit by any flying objects. Never shoot by pressing . If you get hit or shoot you will have to restart the checkpoint. Always pay attention on the blue guys that are throwing objects at you. If you see that they are moving their hands they are about to throw something at you. If multiple objects are flying into your direction then stop moving forward and move left or right to dodge. Also pay attention on the turning floor tiles. Never “park” your gondola on them. You can also move backwards and camp at a safe distance to figure out the attack pattern of the enemies. The enemies throw objects at random speed which slightly changes each time you die! |
||
Little Sisters Are The Worst! Do not get hit by Rosalind’s wrecking ball. |
||
Location: Stage 5 – Cathedral Halfway through stage 5 you will meet up with Rosalind. She will try to support you by swinging a giant wrecking ball through the zombie hordes. In the second area you just need to complete a QTE. In the third area you should only use the chainsaw blaster (the weapon that looks like a grenade launcher). Camp on safe distance and refill your ammo if you need to. Restart the checkpoint if you get hit. |
||

Thank you for the trophy guide. It’s nice to see Lolipop Chainsaw finally available on PS5 (and other modern platforms) with a reasonable Platinum trophy as I never played it back in the day, but I think I will only play this if it comes to PS Plus or the digital version is cheap enough since it’s just a remaster.
By the way, Shadows of the Damned: Hella Remastered releases on 31 October 2024, in case anyone on the PowerPyx team wants to create a trophy guide for another remaster of a Grasshopper Manufacture game (which I would also appreciate).
Nobody says
waiting till its on ps plus is a phenominal way to make sure good remasters like this stop happening what a great way to support a developer.

No physical, no party.
Bloodswan says
Always on the Phone did not unlock for me after finishing the game. Im missing number 16.
Roam says
Sorry quick one, I just finished it on hard but didn’t realise some wrappers were tied to this difficulty. Is there a way to see what wrappers / survivors were missed on a level or do I need to replay it all again? Also got the bad ending.
MdMaynard says
In the Menu you can go to “Juliett’s Room” then to middle bottom for “Lollipop Case”.
The Wrappers are listed there in descending order with 5 per column. 1 through 5, then 6 through 10, up to #40. You can look through all the wrappers for the ones that don’t have artwork to see which ones you’re missing (you can also see the % completion in the upper right corner).
Count through to the ones you’re missing to figure out which # wrappers you need then scroll through Pyx’s video, though it won’t be the number he lists out of 40 (that will just give you an idea where to look), when he collects one you watch for the game’s popup showing which number wrapper collected and you’ll know exactly where you need to go.
Hope that helps.
MdMaynard says
Just to let you know for glitched trophies, I have all the Lollipop Wrappers (all are filled) though it’s saying 97% in the “Lollipop Case” & the trophy did not pop on my 40th.
Will try to grab a few again after I finish the Stage-6 boss and see what happens.
MdMaynard says
I replayed Stage 1 and after grabbing the 1st wrapper again the trophy popped for me.
Taliesin says
Will the gold chainsaw help with go. Medal racer go? It says it widens the gold coin grab radius

I beat the game and never got the Always On The Phone trophy after the credits finished. Also, you can restart a checkpoint in Time Attack mode.
Eric says
In Time Attack mode you actually can use the restart option in the pause menu. Also, dying won’t put you back at the start of the level. Maybe the original game did this but this version doesn’t.
Eric says
Well, in the first 3 levels on Time Attack mode, I died a couple times and never had to restart the whole level. I just died on the 4th level and it took me back to the start of the level. I don’t know why it didn’t do that in the first 3 stages for me on Time Attack mode.
Slimer555 says
It depends on the level whether it puts you back at the very start of it or not.
Eric says
I beat the game and watched the credits and I never got the Always On The Phone achievement. I am missing telephone message #16.
Eric says
While replaying the game in Time Attack mode the Always On The Phone achievement unlocked on the O’Bannon Farm level. I’m not sure why the achievement didn’t unlock at the end of the credits on my first playthrough though.
