St. Frangelico Cathedral Chapel contains 11 Collectible Locations in Lies of P. This walkthrough will guide you to all the collectibles in St. Frangelico Cathedral Chapel in chronological order and is intended for use DURING the story. Everything that’s needed for trophies and 100% completion is included. Because some collectibles are missable, it is highly recommended to do everything possible in a Chapter before moving to the next. Additionally, at the end of each Chapter, there will always be a “Hotel Krat” section to clean things up and get what you unlocked for purchase or collection while exploring an area. Sometimes you won’t be able to collect everything an areas has to offer because you’re missing some collectibles leading you back to an area. Make sure to return to an area when specified. When that’s the case, the area you’re returning to isn’t always part of the Chapter you’ve just played as shown in the fast travel menu, but it’s technically part of the Chapter you’ve just finished.

Collectibles Overview:
Collectibles
#1 – Collectible (Note): Stained Choir Sheet Music
Go to the back of the cathedral to find this on your right on an organ stool.
#2 – Blade Upgrade Material (Hidden Moonstone)
Continue along the main path until you reach an area with decayed water and some demonic puppets. Make your way to the top until you see a bigger demonic puppet throwing decay at you. After defeating him, continue up the ladder, then destroy the crates and drop down.
#3 – Trinity Sanctum
Continue along the main path until you come to a section with en electrified ball rolling down in your path. Go up the first slope and then up the ladder on your right. Continue on to find the Sanctum. To unlock it, you need the Trinity Key you will acquire later on in Malum District, so return here when you have it.
#4 – Amulet (Black Cat’s Amulet)
Inside the safe in the Trinity Sanctum.
#5 – Costume (Outfit): Monster Sweeper’s Hinting Apprel
Inside the safe in the Trinity Sanctum.
#6 – Normal Weapon (Blind Man’s Double Spear Blade and Handle)
Continue along the main path until you get to a section where see two moving wheels. Ride the second one halfway through until you can drop down on a side platform on your right. Continue into the next room with the chest.
#7 – Blade Upgrade Material (Crescent Moonstone)
Now go past the wheels, and, when you reach the other side, kick the brazier and then head left to find another ladder. Continue on to find this Crescent Moonstone.
#8 – Legion Plug
Retrace your step, go past the cell door on your left and you’ll find a lever to pull on the other side. Pull it, then drop down the next two platforms. From the final platform, you should see an enemy in a hidden alcove. Drop down to it and quickly eliminate the two puppets before opening the chest.
#9 – Cryptic Vessel (Crafted Cryptic Vessel)
Because you have kicked the brazier earlier on, now the decayed water at the bottom of the tower will have dispelled. Use the Moonphase Pocket Watch to return to the last visited Stargazer and head back to the tower. You will now be able to head downstairs. Unlock the door and open the chest for this item. You can hand this item to Venigni at Hotel Krat to receive the Decryption for the Cryptic Vessel.
#10 – Enhancement Material (Quartz)
Now go back up the tower by means of the elevator and enter the cell door. Here, defeat the tanky enemy to receive Quartz. If you can, use the Flamberge on him and grind your weapon with fire since these kinds of enemies are weak to it. He hits hard, so be careful.
#11 – Functional Item (Krat Supply Box)
Continue on and in the room right after, on the side, you can find a chest to unlock. This awards you with an item that allows you to expand Polendina’s shop at Hotel Krat.
That’s 100% of the collectibles you can find in St. Frangelico Cathedral Chapel area in Lies of P.

Ben says
Is there more Quartz in the game than needed to level P Organ to level 5? I’m having a really hard time with that enemy (#10) and would rather skip it if possible.
FranciRoosters says
Yes, there’s plenty of Quartz to almost max out all phases, including phase 6 in NG+. You don’t need to worry.
