Lies of P Barren Swamp Collectible Locations

Barren Swamp contains 19 Collectible Locations in Lies of P. This walkthrough will guide you to all the collectibles in Barren Swamp in chronological order and is intended for use DURING the story. Everything that’s needed for trophies and 100% completion is included. Because some collectibles are missable, it is highly recommended to do everything possible in a Chapter before moving to the next. Additionally, at the end of each Chapter, there will always be a “Hotel Krat” section to clean things up and get what you unlocked for purchase or collection while exploring an area. Sometimes you won’t be able to collect everything an areas has to offer because you’re missing some collectibles leading you back to an area. Make sure to return to an area when specified. When that’s the case, the area you’re returning to isn’t always part of the Chapter you’ve just played as shown in the fast travel menu, but it’s technically part of the Chapter you’ve just finished.

Collectibles

#1 – Side Quest (Broken Puppet)
Next to the Stargazer is a broken white puppet. Talk to him to start the Side Quest for which he wants you to show him certain Gestures you’ve already acquired. When you find him for the first time, you can only show him two Gestures. You can show him another two Gestures later on in the game when you acquire Anger and Happy. Check Lies of P All Gesture Locations if needed. After showing him all available emotions, you will obtain a Quartz.

#2 – Enhancement Material (Quartz)
Obtained for completing the Broken Puppet’s Side Quest

#3 – Functional Item (Fancy Venigni Collection)
Continue past the Stargazer to enter a second massive landfill with two Puppets of the Future roaming around. Flank the right side and wade through the corrupted mud and the grass to find a chest. It can now be returned to Pulcinella to expand his shop.

#4 – Enhancement Material (Quartz)
Dropped by one of the two Puppets of the Future.

#5 – Enhancement Material (Quartz)
Dropped by one of the two Puppets of the Future.

#6 – Dimensional Butterfly
Fluttering around the landfill.

Dropped by the yellow Dimensional Butterfly.

From the entrance to the landfill, go left and you’ll find this near the area where the Puppet of the Future roams around.

#12 – Dimensional Butterfly + Special Material (Stabilized Alchemical Booster)
Now, using the entrance from the Stargazer to this landfill as reference, go all the way left to find a Dimensional Butterfly which drops this.

#13 – Collectible (Document): Experiment Report of the Order – Test Subject 890
Keep flanking the cliff and take the left path up the hill to find this in the house.

#14 – Blade Upgrade Material (Crescent Moonstone)
Outside the house.

#15 – Boss (Owl Doctor)

#16 – Costume (Accessory): Owl Doctor’s Mask
Reward for killing the Owl Doctor boss.

#17 – Blade Upgrade Material (Crescent Moonstone)
Leave the house and keep flanking the cliff until you see a hill leading to some sort of ravine. Continue down the main path and when you see a small wooden beam you can walk across, use it to reach the item.

#18 – Enhancement Material (Legion Caliber)
Continue down the ravine and open the chest.
