Ascension Bridge contains 5 Collectible Locations in Lies of P. This walkthrough will guide you to all the collectibles in Ascension Bridge in chronological order and is intended for use DURING the story. Everything that’s needed for trophies and 100% completion is included. Because some collectibles are missable, it is highly recommended to do everything possible in a Chapter before moving to the next. Additionally, at the end of each Chapter, there will always be a “Hotel Krat” section to clean things up and get what you unlocked for purchase or collection while exploring an area. Sometimes you won’t be able to collect everything an areas has to offer because you’re missing some collectibles leading you back to an area. Make sure to return to an area when specified. When that’s the case, the area you’re returning to isn’t always part of the Chapter you’ve just played as shown in the fast travel menu, but it’s technically part of the Chapter you’ve just finished.

NOTE: Do not head forward into the room after the previous Stargazer until you are aware of the relevant ending choice below.
#1 – Humanity opportunity
Enter Sophia’s bedroom and talk to her to decide her fate. THIS IS THE CHOICE THAT DICTATES THE ENDING YOU CAN RECEIVE BASED ON YOUR HUMANITY LEVEL. If you are aiming for the Rise of P ending, you need to choose “Give her peace”, and if you have high enough Humanity your hair will turn white. This is also required to earn 
The Story of the Blue Butterfly. If you choose “Let her live” you are locked into the Free from the Puppet Strings ending regardless of how high your Humanity is. Check the Lies of P All Endings Guide for further explanation.
#2 – Gesture (Entreat)
Unmissable, story-related unlock. Unlocks immediately after the conversation with Sophia.
#3 – Record (Shadow Flower)
On the armchair in front of you after obtaining the above.
#4 – Blade Upgrade Material (Half Moonstone)
Facing the chair, go up the stairs on your right, then right again into the pantry.
#5 – Blade Upgrade Material (Full Moonstone of the Covenant)
Continue back outside and you’ll find this opposite the opening you have to go through on some sort of iron platform.
That’s 100% of the collectibles you can find in Ascension Bridge area in Lies of P.

I believe there’s a mistake on the lie for Sophia and it’s supposed to be the other way around, it seems this has locked me out out of the lie only weapon, I chose free her even though it’s supposed to be the opposite

So I messed up and let Sophia live on my lie playthrough does that mess anything up for the endings or weapon wise or is that just for her trophy?

You could be locked out of the Lie ending if you let Sophia live instead of giving her peace, yes. Please confirm if that’s the case.

Yeah seems like it. That was the only lie I messed up on. And I got the real boy ending and no strings ending. And no weapon.
