Starting Location: Spoils of War
To start this quest, you need to speak with Captain Puta located in Sigismund’s camp. You may be directed here by the camp leader, but it is possible to find him and speak with him earlier, though he won’t have a quest marker until you’ve either spoken with him once or are directed to speak with him. He walks all over camp so may be hard to find this way.
Load the supplies on the cart
After telling the captain you will help, you are automatically taken to the town of Bohunowitz, where the army is taking supplies from the townspeople. You are directed to go to 4 locations to check for supplies and valuables, and it is your choice whether you go completely along with what the captain orders or try to help the townspeople.
You can speak to Bynyek after the initial scene and try to convince him to give you more information and say that you’re looking out for him, and he’ll suggest a few extra spots to look for supplies.
When you loading supplies, interact with the chest on the back of the cart and place items in it. You can also put items from your own inventory if you like (a good use for food that is about to expire). You can also speak with Puta and tell him you have valuables, and can also choose to just give him jewellery or money. If you are trying to give him your own money and give him too much will become suspicious, and you will need to pass a speech check to put him off. Giving him around 1000 – 1500 is fine and will count as enough for the supplies, but if you give him 2000+ you will need to pass a speech check or he will attack you.
If you are trying to have the best outcome that doesn’t result in either the soldiers or the villagers attacking each other you can take only the food the villagers set out specifically to take (the piles in the open they direct you to) and then pay off Puta around 1500 – 2000 groschen yourself. The quest reward doesn’t make up for doing this, but you can get large amounts of money in the area already at this point by selling the high-value armor soldiers or bandits have to the vendors at the camp, and this satisfies Captain Puta and leaves the villagers with the majority of their supplies so they are still friendly to you.
Check Smil’s supplies
First, you will need to check Smil’s house, which is the one located to the east. If you speak with him he’ll tell you that the supplies are the items beside the door to the house (the pile of items you can loot everything from).
If you want to take more supplies from Smil, go around behind his house and inside the barn. In the back right corner behind in the hay there is another bag with more food that you can take to place in the chest.
There is also a locked cellar door (hard lockpick) located on the other side of the yard. You can ask Smil about this, or just open the door yourself. This will complete the hidden objective “Find the hidden beer”. You can take this beer without much consequence, as Bynyek doesn’t seem happy about it being there and Smil will deny that it’s his if you question him about it. Speak with Puta at the cart to tell him about the beer and have it taken.
Check the supplies of the farmer Fowl
Next, you can check Fowl’s supplies, located in the large house to the north of the town. He will direct you to the pile immediately around the gate into his yard, where you can loot the whole pile again.
If you want to take more from Fowl, you can go through the second floor of the barn and up a ladder to the top floor of his house, where there are a number more bags with food supplies you can loot. If you are trying to be nice to the townspeople you should leave these hidden spots of food, as taking from them will have Bynyek say you’ve taken too much.
Check Willow’s supplies
You can then check Willow’s supplies, who is the house to the northeast where you saw the injured man in the scene at the start. His supplies will be behind the door leading into his house.
Examine the injured villager
While in Willow’s house, you can examine Vitek on the bed. He is too injured to speak, but you can examine him after Henry speaks. You’ll need to pass a few skill checks to take his bandage off to examine him.
Treat the wounded villager
Interact with him again and you can help treat his wounds. Give him some alcohol or Painkiller brew first, then clean his wound with alcohol and dress his wound. After you successfully do this he will wake up and you can ask him what has happened to him.
You can then speak to Willow again and tell him about Vitek, and he will tell you what happened with the soldiers. You can choose to extort him to keep quiet, or choose do nothing and don’t mention the soldiers to Puta.
Check Bynyek’s supplies
Finally, you can check Bynyek’s house at the south of the village. Speak with Sovka outside and she’ll point to the supplies inside the house. If you have dealt with Vitek already you can also talk to her about what happened with the soldiers.
Once you’ve loaded the supplies, talk to the commander
When you are satisfied with how many supplies you have loaded, you can speak with the commander.
If you want to tell him about the dead soldiers, it will result in him immediately ordering his men to attack the villagers. You can either go along with this or fight back against the soldiers. After you kill either all of the soldiers or all of the villagers you can speak to the remaining leader to end the quest. Killing the villagers counts as completing the quest for the army with the best reward, but results in most of the townspeople dying.
Once you are satisfied with the amount of supplies you have obtained, you can speak with Captain Puta to leave. If you try to leave without an amount that satisfies him, he will order you to attack the villagers, resulting in the same outcome as if you told him about the dead soldiers. If you take too much from the villagers, they will attempt to attack the soldiers unless you convince them not to with a skill check.
This finishes Spoils of War side quest in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2.

You can steal the money back from Puta after you spawn back at the camp and he gives 175x as a bonus

There is also a hidden objective for finding a pair of cows. Go past Smils house and follow the path south along the stream. Once you hear them mooing in the forest it should be easy to find them.
