Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Lady Rosa Romance Guide

Lady Rosa Ruthard is a romantic partner in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 (KCD2). This guide explains how to romance her and how to get her sex scene. She’s the main romantic partner in the game.

As a rule of thumb: you’ll always want to pick the dialogues that gain reputation with her. You also have to finish her side quest “Rosa’s Book“. Later you have to rescue her from Otto von Bergow. Then you can romance her in Main Quest 24: Oratores.

Step 1: Do Side Quest Rosa’s Book

During Main Quest 18: Taking French Leave, Rosa will give you the side quest Rosa’s Book. This is highly missable, you have to collect Rosa’s Book while rescuing Sir Hans from Maleshov Fortress during Main Quest 18: Taking French Leave. After getting the book be sure to return to Rosa immediately. You then go to her room and help her finish the book. If you wait too long, Rosa will be moved to other places for story reasons and then you can’t help her finish the book which voids her romance.

Step 2: Rescue Rosa from Otto von Bergow

During Main Quest 23: Dancing with the Devil, after conquering Maleshov you will negotiate with Otto von Bergow. He took Rosa hostage and locked himself in a tower with her. DON’T threaten to burn down the tower with Rosa in it, she would get mad at you because you’re willing to sacrifice her. You have to pick the dialogues to rescue Rosa which results in an extra objective:

“Let’s make a deal” > pick any of the 3 skill checks, it’s okay if they fail (for me all 3 options always failed) > “I refuse to put Rosa in danger!” > “I’ll try to rescue Rosa” > “Yes, I’ll do it!” –> triggers objective “defeat Bergow in the tower”.

Then you must kill all enemies in the tower. Afterward Rosa is saved and she won’t be mad at you.

Step 3: Rosa Sex Scene

In Main Quest 24: Oratores, you will lead Rosa back to her palace in Kuttenberg. After defeating the bandits at the palace, she calls you to her room. Wash yourself in the through downstairs in the courtyard. Then talk to her. You must choose to kiss her to trigger her sex scene:

“It’ll all be alright” > “Allies are our most valuable asset” > “I won’t let you go away!” > “Kiss Rosa” –> results in Rosa Sex Scene which concludes the Romance with her.

If you don’t get the kiss scene you don’t have high enough reputation with her or missed one of the previous steps.

After spending the night with her, she will stand at the window in her room. You can talk to her again there.

Later she appears one final time to say goodbye during Main Quest 26: Civitas Pragensis.
