Judgement Day is the 32nd and final main quest in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Judgement Day main story quest.
Take back Suchdol / Defeat the enemy in the outer bailey
The game’s final quest starts with your army fighting the Praguers in the outer bailey of Suchdol. Simply defeat all enemies here, your superior numbers will make quick work of them. Try your best not to take any damage here, a difficult encounter follows for which you’ll want to be at full health. You can stay back and let your allies do the work, attack enemies from behind when it’s safe.
Get into the courtyard
You need to climb the ladder on the right side up the wall. Before doing so, load your pistole (rifle) or crossbow. Upstairs you encounter Lamprecht of Prague. You can instakill him with a headshot from the crossbow or shooting his upper body with a pistole. He’s quite strong at melee so this strategy gets you around the fight.
You are then supposed to lift the gate by interacting with the chains in the gatehouse. Before doing so, reload your rifle/crossbow again. As soon as you raise the gate, you’ll be swarmed by 3 enemies. You’re by yourself here, so if you can instakill one with a shot it’ll be much easier to fight two instead of three enemies. After landing a shot, switch to your melee weapon immediately. Stand in the door of the gatehouse, this way the enemies can only come from the front. Keep the enemy with a halberd for last, take out the other two first since they have less health. When there’s only one enemy left it’s more manageable.
After the three enemies are defeated, reach the other end of the wall and go downstairs to the courtyard.
Defeat the enemy in the courtyard
Help defeat the remaining enemies. You can hang back and let your allies do the work. Land some hits from behind to speed it up.
Then a cutscene plays where the Praguers are all defeated. Henry reunites with his friends. Lord Hanush comes to talk to Hans.
The next objectives will vary depending on whether you escaped with Samuel or left him behind in Main Quest 31: Reckoning.
[Escaped with Samuel] Go and hone Hanush’s sword / Talk to your brothers-in-arms (optional)
You can offer Hanush to sharpen his dull sword. You can find a sharpening wheel in the inner courtyard where Zizka stands, it will have the “E” marker. Sharpen “Hanush’s Sword“.
You can also talk to your friends around the courtyard. They tell you about their next plans. If you killed Brabant you can tell Zizka about that.
[Left Samuel Behind] Find Sam’s body / Find out what rites a Jewish burial involves / Prepare Sam for his funeral
If you left Samuel and didn’t carry him to the horse, then he got hanged in Aulitz’s camp. You can find his body hanging from the gallows outside the camp, it will be marked. Take down his body and interact with him to do the funeral.
Wait till Hanush finishes his conversation with Capon / Give the sword back to Hanush
After killing some time with the other side tasks, go to the objective marker where Capon and Hans are, outside Suchdol. Talk to them about Capon’s upcoming wedding. If you sharpened Hanush’s sword you must give it back to him.
To gain reputation: “I’m not surprised” > “Don’t force him”.
[If you didn’t kill Markvart von Aulitz] Find Markvart von Aulitz in the camp
If you didn’t kill Markvart in Main Quest 31: Reckoning, then you get this bonus objective to go to the tavern (will be marked). He will have bled out from his crossbow injury. However, finding his corpse here does NOT unlock Face to Face since you don’t get to talk to him anymore. You only get that trophy if you found him yourself in Main Quest 31: Reckoning.
Meet up with Radzig
All that remains is to meet up with your father Radzig at the south exit of Suchdol. This initiates the final series of cutscenes.
After the first cutscene, Henry reviews his actions with his dead parents (who he speaks to in a dream). This dialogue depends on how you played the game. It’s a sort of “end results” but in the form of dialogue. What you say doesn’t matter. The most impactful moments are if you prevented the raids on Semine/Maleshov and if you killed Markvart von Aulitz yourself.
After this you get some more cutscenes. You talk to your Radzig who shows you appreciation and gifts you his sword. Your friends celebrate and Dry Devil wants to show off his crossbow skills, but accidentally shoots Zizka’s eye out. After the credits you get another scene that shows why Sigismund retreated from Bohemia. This sets up the next game.
If you finished the story without killing animals or consuming meat you will unlock Lent. If you don’t get the trophy, check under Player > Statistics > General = Meat Eaten / Combat = Animals Killed. Both counters must say “0”. If not, then you can reload the autosaves from the start of each main quest to narrow down where it went wrong and replay from there.
After the story you can still free-roam and finish remaining side quests. You can still go back to Trosky region by going to the red carriage icon west of Suchdol.
This finishes the story in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2. Thank you for following the walkthrough. It has been one of the most fun guide projects since I started 17 years ago. Over 300 hours of work went into it, meticulously replaying every quest numerous times, and great care was taken to include all missable trophies and quests. If you found it helpful you can support this guide by sharing it with other players.
