Kena Bridge of Spirits How to Solve Fishing Shrine in Forgotten Forest

In Kena Bridge of Spirits you must restore the Fishing Shrine in Forgotten Woods for the objective ‘Taro’s Love – Restore the Ancient Shrines to open the Guardian Tree’. This is one of the more tricky shrines and requires you to solve a little puzzle by shooting 4 blue crystals in the correct order.

1. The Fishing Shrine is located in the south-east of Forgotten Woods, as seen on the image below.
   
2. Sitting at the bottom of the Shrine you can see 4 pairs of candles. There will be 1 single candle, 2 candles, 3 candles and 4 candles. These show you the order in which to shoot the blue crystal stones in the distance. Each candle corresponds to one crystal (1 being the first to shoot, 4 being the last to shoot). There are 2 crystals behind the shrine and 2 in front of it to the sides.
   
3. As seen above, the single candle is in the back right, so we must shoot the back right crystal first. Then the 2 candles are in the front left so we need to turn around and shoot the crystal left of the shrine behind us. Then the 3 candles are in the front right, so turn around and shoot the crystal to the right of the shrine behind us. Lastly, the 4th candle is in the back left so it shows us to shoot the crystal to the left of the shrine. You need to be quick and shoot the crystals in quick succession so they are all glowing at the same time. There’s a hidden timer that resets the crystals if you’re too slow, but you can retry as often as you need.
   

The only other tricky shrine in the area is God Tree Shrine. For that you must head to the tree icon north of the ‘God Tree Shrine’ blue marker on the map and look for a blue glowing plant above you. This plant you can shoot with arrows makes you pull towards it. That’s another new mechanic the game doesn’t explain so it can be a bit confusing at first. The other 2 Shrines (Water Shrine, Woods Shrine) should be easy enough. For one of them you need to command your Rots to carry a blue crystal towards the middle of the area while you stand on a platform and use your shield burst, then the crystal the Rots carried will bounce your energy to other crystals in the area. After all Shrines are done you can open the Guardian Tree in the south.
