Judgment (Judge Eyes) has 28 Stray Cat Locations. Finding all Stray Cats in the main story missions is needed to earn the trophy Oh Look, a Cat!. This must be done in one playthrough, it doesn’t count over multiple playthroughs, so if you miss any on your first playthrough you have to make sure to get every cat again during your LEGEND difficulty playthrough.
They are all missable as once you exit the investigation they are present in you cannot spot them again until you start a new playthrough, so you need to be very vigilant during the main story missions to not miss any cat! There is also no way to know how many cats you have spotted or if you have missed one unless you get to the end of the game and don’t get the trophy after spotting the final one. Cats in Side Cases aren’t required for the trophy, but are included as they still give SP when you spot them so it’s good to get them all anyway.

Side Cases
Tiger Jacket: During this case you’ll confront a group of dudes in the batting cages about the stolen jacket, and you’ll be tasked with selecting an item that one is wearing that was stolen. Instead of doing that, turn right and look out on to the street and you’ll see a cat sitting by a traffic cone.
The Twisted Groper: After accepting this case the first thing you do is enter an investigation search to find the Groper. Before doing anything else, look to the car just to your left to spot the cat sitting on top.
Entrapment: While inside the bar you’ll be stopped to look around for a way to get yourself out of your current predicament. Look down to your left to see the cat sitting in the corner between the stools and the bar.
The Devil Wife: When in M Side Cafe you’ll enter an investigation mode section to check some coffee for poison. Off the railing to the side there is a cat sitting below behind a bench.
When you are trying to spot the person who is might be after Kojiro, there is a cat directly in front of you along the wall.
Dangerous Hide-and-Seek: When you get to the alleyway area where you look for the boy, the cat will be immediately in front of you on the ducting up on the wall.
Perilous Hide-and-Seek: When looking for the boy, the cat will be just under the right side of the crane.
Sashimi of the Fallen: When you’re investigating the inside of Koi Bride, the cat is just by the stairs at the entrance.
Secrets of Cats: When inside the Millennium Tower looking for the correct cat there is another you can spot. Just up to the left of the drone booth on a balcony.
The Pervert King: While looking for G.I. in the Hotel District, the cat is just to your left.
The Ono Michio Bandit: When searching inside Charles for the culprit, the cat is just outside the set of doors around the corner.
Revenge of the Keihin Gang: When you have to spot the backpack man again near Wette Kitchen, the cat is to your left by the wall.
Second Date with Tsukino: While inspecting Tsukino on the second date, there will be a cat just down and to the right beside the large beer cup light.
Third Date with Tsukino: While inspecting her on the third date, the cat is again to your right, visible just to the right side of the arch behind you.
That’s all of the Stray Cats to be found in Judgment. If for some reason you missed one or didn’t get the trophy, you must find all of the story ones again in a new playthrough.

I’ve already started the game in chapter 2 so it’s impossible for me too get 100% even in premium adventure ?

If you missed the cats in chapter 1 you have to do them in Second playthrough. They don’t count towards the 100% requirement at all so you can still do everything else in this playthrough then just have to make sure you get all of the casts during your LEGEND playthrough.

There are 2 insane challenges which are much more harder than 4/10. Puyo puyo beat all characters. And vf5:showdown beat dural. If you never played vf5 you are gonna have a hard time, but this is manageable. What is hard around 9/10 is puyo puyo. You need to be a natural at this games to win against cpu and there is no workaround.

Hey PowerPyx, would you might putting the cats that are applicable to side missions in the mission descriptions themselves? Might be helpful. Also, keep up the good work!!
