Judgment (Judge Eyes) contains 55 QR Codes spread across 6 categories: Skill, Drone, Frame, Motor, Propeller, ESC codes. This guide shows all QR Code Locations.
QR Codes are images that you find on posters in the environment that are scanned with your phone camera or drone, and when you do they give access to new skills that you can purchase, or after getting all of each type of Drone QR you can get blueprints to create drone parts.
There is an item you can get through Quickstarter that lets you purchase a skill called “Code Hunter” that makes a chiming noise when you’re near a code, and shows a small blue square on your map. You need to obtain this eventually to purchase the skill for the All Skills trophy, but you don’t actually need it to scan the codes in the first place for skills. You can follow this guide early and go scan all the codes, then just get the book later when you’re cleaning up the trophies, but if you get the skill you can easily do all codes yourself without a guide.
None of these Collectibles are missable, you can still get them after the story.
