Relic Ruins: The Daunt is a collectible in Horizon Forbidden West. This walkthrough will guide you through all steps of The Daunt Relic Ruins.
Location – Relic Ruins: The Daunt
Walkthrough – Relic Ruins: The Daunt
Step 1: Start in the north of the ruins. There is a crate you can use the pullcaster on ( + > hold ). Pull it into the building. From the crate you can climb up the ledge to where the red glowing door is.
Step 2: Take the path left of the red glowing door across the balcony, drop down into the next room on the left.
Step 3: In this new room, use the pullcaster on the vent and the metal beam above.
Step 4: In same room, scan the datapoint, it reveals the door code is 1705.
Step 5: In same room, turn around and use pullcaster on the crate, pull it down, place it next to the beam/vent. Use the crate to climb up to the vent.
Step 6: Go through the vent, drop down the other side. There you find a cave entrance, go down. When trying to climb the yellow ledge it will break off, so we must get the crate from earlier in here to help us out. To do this, head around the right side of the cave to the very end, there look at the ceiling for a blue-colored grappling point, use the pullcaster on it to collapse the cave ceiling.
Step 7: Head back out the cave (up), then use pullcaster on the breakable wall (blue grapple point).
Step 8: Push the crate from the previous room through the now collapsed cave ceiling. Then push the crate inside the cave to where the yellow ledge fell off.
Step 9: Use the crate to climb up the cave wall, leading to the rooftop.
Step 10: From rooftop drop down to balcony on the left, there is the key module for the locked door (blue item).
Step 11: Head back to the north of the ruins, where the red-glowing locked door was, where we started in Step 1. Insert the key module, enter code 1705, pick up the green ornament relic behind the door.
