Machine Muscle is a crafting resource in Horizon Forbidden West. It is used to craft ammunition for Sharpshot Bows, Blastslings, Ropecasters, and Shredder Gauntlets.
Item Description: A bundle of flexible machine muscle.
Machine Muscle Location:
- Bought from Salvage Contractors, for example the one west of Barren Light.
- Bought from some Hunter Merchants, for example the one in Barren Light.
- Dropped by every machine in the game, but has a low drop rate (around 31% for small machines – around 45% for large machines such as Thunderjaw).
- Sometimes found in Resource Chests (random).
It’s a stupid way to spend your time mindlessly killing machines over & over at less than a 50% drop rate just to get bullets for a weapon.
If I were to mark this game out of 10 that mechanic would take 3 marks off easily.
I’m actually deleting it.
Just go back to the start area and farm. Each machine drops 8-12 muscles and you can kill it with like 2 regular arrows easily. Don’t such a cryface, man up and get to it
