Horizon Forbidden West has 17 Rebel Outpost Locations. Finding and completing all least 4 Outposts is needed for the trophy “Completed 4 Rebel Outposts”. They are smaller versions of Rebel Camps. You need to defeat the Outpost leader and loot his body for Rebel Tags, then leave the area. When done correctly the Rebel Outpost icon will turn from blue to green on the map.
You can also track Rebel Outposts under Quests > Rebel Outposts. There it will show all the ones you have discovered.
None of the Rebel Outposts are missable. You can still do all of them after the story in free-roam.

*The game doesn’t count this as a proper “Rebel Camp” in the quest log, but it does have a Rebel Camp icon on the map. You complete this camp as part of Side Quest “The Bristlebacks“.

Stats say i only have16/17 done,the map shows i did the dreadfalls one but the completed list does not show that one at all.My mad does not show the high turning but my list shows it done.anyone else have this problem?is this normal?

The 17th is an errand that’s why it doesnt show so it’s normal.

Hi, I have the same problem, did you manage to solve it? I did everything already in the game 96% complete, but I can’t get this trophy from rebel posts, deadfalls is complete

Yeah the dreadfalls isn’t showing in my completed quest list either. I went to trade in the tags and she said I did them all and gave me somthing special. There is no new wepons in my inv.
