The Hunt for the Missing Pages is the sixteenth main quest in Hogwarts Legacy. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of The Hunt for the Missing Pages Main Mission.
Requirement: having completed Main Quest: Trials of Merlin, Level 5 – Gryffindor Exclusive Main Quest
Reward: 260 XP

Objectives:
- Speak to Nearly Headless Nick
- Follow Sir Nicholas
- Obtain Rotten Roast Beef
- Return to Sir Nicholas
- Find the Headless Hunt’s Game
- Destroy the Pumpkins to Find the Head
- Speak to Richard Jackdaw
Starting Location: The Hunt for the Missing Pages
This quest is exclusive to Gryffindor. Depending on your house you will get a different main quest at this point in the story:
- Ollivander’s Heirloom (Ravenclaw)
- The Hunt for the Missing Pages (Gryffindor)
- Prisoner of Love (Hufflepuff)
- Scrope’s Last Hope (Slytherin)
We’ve made the acquaintance of archeologist and historian Nora Treadwell who introduced us to the Trials of Merlin, environmental puzzles scattered all throughout Hogwarts and the Highlands. After solving our first Trial of Merlin, we must speak with Eldritch Diggory for the next step.
Speak to Nearly Headless Nick
Proceed to the next quest marker using the Charmed Compass to find your way and speak with Nearly Headless Nick by the house point hourglasses.
Follow Sir Nicholas
Follow Sir Nicholas to the Grand Staircase and downstairs towards the elf quarters in the kitchen. When you reach the kitchen door, hold 
to tickle the pear and reveal a doorknob.
Obtain Rotten Roast Beef
Proceed into the back right end of the kitchen to find rotten roast beef on a barrel.
Return to Sir Nicholas
Once you’ve grabbed the rotten piece of rest beef for Sir Nicholas, return to him.
Find the Headless Hunt’s Game
You’re now at Hogsmeade’s cemetery. Head towards the next quest marker, at the house with the pumpkin field and speak with the ghost.
Destroy the Pumpkins to Find the Head
Your job now is to destroy 5 pumpkins until you find Jackdaw. You can’t just destroy any pumpkin though, but those that quiver. Once you hit a quivering pumpkin, Jackdaw’s head will start flying towards another one. Follow it to find the next pumpkin to destroy. Rinse and repeat until you reach 5 pumpkins.
Speak to Richard Jackdaw
And lastly talk to Jackdaw to end the quest.
This finishes The Hunt for the Missing Pages in Hogwarts Legacy.
