Hogwarts Legacy has 7 Potions. This guide shows how to unlock the Potion Recipes, how to brew them and how to get the ingredients. Brewing all Potions unlocks the Going Through the Potions trophy and achievement. The Felix Felicis potion is a Pre-Order Bonus DLC and is not needed for the trophy. Only the 6 standard potions are required.
None of the Potions are missable. You can still unlock and brew all of them after the story. Before you can do this you must first complete Main Quest #13: Potions Class. During this quest you unlock the potions station. All potions can be brewed from that point on. The first two potion recipes Wiggenweld & Endurus are unlocked from that Main Quest. The other Potion Recipes are bought from J. Pippin’s Potions in Hogsmeade. In total the recipes cost 3,700 money. You can use the Potion Station in Hogwarts Castle > The Library Annex > Potions Classroom to brew them. Alternatively, you can also place a Potion Station in the Room of Requirement (unlocked later in the story but not necessary).

The first Wiggenweld potion you make for the class does not count you will have to brew a second to pop the trophy.

This was it. Make sure your not full or you can’t collect it for it to pop.
TrepadorAzul says
Potions brewed and collected in Hopping Pots do not seem to count. Trophy popped after brewing on actual brewing tables.
