All-Seeing Eyes is a Mission Story in Hitman 3 Chongqing, China (End of an Era quest). This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of Hitman 3 All-Seeing Eyes.
How to Reveal Mission Story
As usual, track it from the Mission Stories menu after starting the level. The waypoint marker will be on a rooftop to the left of the default spawn position. To get up there you must enter the Laundromat. There’s a keypad by a locked door. Enter Code 0118 to open it. You find the laundromat on floor 01 on the map. See the location below.
Now head upstairs and overhear the guards talking to get the first objective. Also pick up the Sniper Rifle on the roof.
Find the broken drone
The broken drone is on the rooftop. From where you found the Sniper Rifle, keep going up the stairs to the top of the roof. It’s on the edge of the roof.
Hack the drone using your camera
Use your camera to scan the drone.
Shoot down a drone / Shoot down more drones
Now comes the tricky part. Stand on the vantage point directly left of the broken drone. Then look where the picture below shows (see the red circle).
You will see 5 drones in the far distance moving left and right. You must shoot down all 5 drones! But you have limited ammo. Make a Manual Save between each drone. If you miss more than 4 bullets per drone it’s best to reload the save. This also completes the “Big Sister” Feat Challenge and will draw out Royce from her hiding spot. Remember you can zoom in the scope with

You’ll want to look where the drone “stops” for a moment to turn around. They all fly left and right on fixed paths, but they stop on each side for a second to turn around. You just need to keep aiming at the very point where the drone makes its turnaround, because that’s where it’s slowest. Don’t try following the drone with your scope, just keep it centered on that one point where the drone always turns around.
Below are the best spots to aim at for each drone (going from left to right).

Shoot the remaining drones
Two more drones will spawn but these are easy. Head to the roof below where you found the Sniper. These drones aren’t far away so it’s easier to use your pistol to shoot them down.

Listen in on Royce
Royce and Hush will have an argument. Royce thinks it’s Hush who shot down her drones and wants to meet him at the Lotus passage to confront him.
Wait for the meetup in the Lotus Passage
Both targets will now get together at the Lotus Passage, to which you have free aim from the vantage point where you shot the drones. The mission story will complete here. How you kill them is up to you, but there are a few challenges such as killing both with 1 bullet of a Sniper Rifle. Go through your Challenge List and try to combine as many as possible. Keep a Manual Save from before killing them.
