GTA 3 Definitive Edition has 20 Unique Jump Locations. This guide shows where to find them all (updated for GTA 3 Trilogy Remaster on PS5, Xbox Series X, PC). Unique Jumps are specific jumps off makeshift ramps that require you to land in a specific zone or area to complete. When you initiate a Unique Jump, your camera will slow down and go into cinematic mode, and if you are successful there will be a text notification on screen indicating this. They can be found across all three islands with varying levels of difficulty. These are best done with sports cars such as the Banshee, Cheetah or Infernus. While doing the jumps, you don’t need to land cleanly on your wheels. As long as you land in the correct zone, it will still count, even if you land on your roof.
After each successful Unique Jump, you will receive $5,000, multiplied by the number of jumps completed, meaning that by completing all 20 you will receive a total of $1,000,000, as well as progress towards 100% completion and the Wheels Up trophy / achievement. While completing these, it is advised to save regularly due to the game’s tendency to crash. Completed jumps will not save if it does crash, as the game will only autosave upon starting or ending any named mission.
There are 8 Unique Jumps available on Portland, 4 available on Staunton Island, and 8 available on Shoreside Vale.

Portland
Unique Jump 1
Located near the subway entrance in Red Light District, you need to jump onto the train tracks for it to register.
Unique Jump 2

Unique Jump 5

Unique Jump 6
Located just south of Joey’s Garage in Trenton. You need to clear the building for it to register.
Unique Jump 7

Staunton Island
Unique Jump 9
Located on the wharf underneath Callahan Bridge, south from Asuka’s condo. Use the dirt pile to clear the water and land on the next wharf. You don’t want to go too fast here, as you can easily overshoot and land in the water if you go full speed.
Unique Jump 10
Located slightly southeast of Belleville Park is the TW@ Cafe, which has glass windows on both sides and a staircase in the middle. Head up this staircase and land outside. This stunt jump can be very finnicky and may not register at all, just keep trying it at slightly different speeds/distances and it should register eventually.
Unique Jump 11
Located on the Newport Overpass. Head into the middle section of the overpass and there is a steep grass hill at the end. Head up this and land on the Callahan Bridge to complete it.
Unique Jump 12

Unique Jump 18
Just south of the entrance road to the lower dam, there is a grass mound by the cliff. Head up this and land on the circular road across the water.
Unique Jump 19
In the lot in the northwest of Pike Creek. Take the ramp down behind the buildings below it to complete it.
Unique Jump 20
Back in the same lot as #19, except it down the alley to the right of it. You will need to land on the far garage roof to clear this, which can be a bit tricky. Cheetah is best for this.
