Gotham Knights has 7 Fast Travel Point Locations. This guide shows where to find and how to unlock all of them. They aren’t needed for any trophies or achievements but it helps get around Gotham City faster, it’s a big time saver.
Fast Travel Points become available after talking to Lucius Fox in Main Case 2.1. Then the first one gets marked in Financial District. After that, the second one is in Southside. After doing the second one, all the remaining 5 get marked on the map. They all have white map icons, which turn green when you have unlocked the Fast Travel Point.
You must scan the flying drones at the Fast Travel Points to unlock them permanently. Some drones have a blue energy shield around them, for those you must wait until they land at a recharging station (simply follow their path until they do), then quickly scan them before their shield recharges. You need to be close enough to the drones to scan them. Hold 
to scan.
None of the Fast Travel Points are missable. You can still unlock all of them after the story in free roam!

Fast Travel Point #1 – Financial District (unlocks during Main Case 2.1)
Fast Travel Point #2 – Southside
Fast Travel Point #3 – Old Gotham
Fast Travel Point #4 – Tricorner Island
Fast Travel Point #5 – Otisburg
Fast Travel Point #6 – Gotham Heights
Fast Travel Point #7 – Bristol
