Demise of Dagestr is a Treasure Map in God of War Ragnarok. This guide shows where to find the Treasure Map Location and the solution where to dig up the Buried Treasure.
None of the Treasure Maps are missable. You can still get all of them after the story. They are needed for 100% completion. Each treasure map comes in form of a lore scroll that you pick up like a collectible. You can then view a hint under Goals > Treasure Maps, which shows a picture of the place where the treasure is buried. The treasure will show as golden sparkle in the ground and you can dig it up with your axe. The buried treasures only spawn after finding their maps first.
Treasure Map: Demise of Dagestr
Treasure Map: Demise of Dagestr – Location
Located in Svartalfheim – The Applecore. After entering The Applecore via the elevator from Sverd Sands, walk down the tunnel until you see a wall on the right with wind coming out of it (there should be 2 ghost-type enemies in this area too). Throw a spear at the wind in the wall, then you can climb up to find the lore on the ground. The spear is an automatic story unlock.
Buried Treasure: Demise of Dagestr – Solution
Located in Midgard – Lake of Nine. This is the only treasure that is located in a different realm altogether. In the north-west corner of Lake of Nine there’s a destructible ice wall. Throw the spear at it to blow it up. At the end of the path is the treasure.

For me the treasure doesn’t appear even after collecting map from some core. Any workaround i think it’s a glitch.
