Reward: 1000 Kratos XP, 350 Freya XP, Meal of Comfort (increases all stats by 5)
Objectives:
- Find the Nordic Gourd (Midgard)
- Find the Prongfruit (Svartalfheim)
- Find the Bantam Melon (Vanaheim)
- Find the Elven Cap (Alfheim)
- Return to the campsite on the Lake of Nine
Starting Location: Across the Realms
Across the Realms is automatically started after collecting the recipe book at The Eternal Campfire in Midgard.
Find the Nordic Gourd (Midgard)
Head back to the ledge leading up to The Eternal Campfire and the ingredient will be on the ground in front of the painted heart. All ingredients will be found nearby one of these painted heart murals.
Find the Prongfruit (Svartalfheim)
The Prongfruit can be found outside The Forge in Svartalfheim, next to a Nornir Chest.
Find the Bantam Melon (Vanaheim)
The Bantam Melon can be found north of the Mystic Gateway at The Sinkholes in Vanaheim. In order to access this, you will first need to complete Return of the River to get the river flowing.
Find the Elven Cap (Alfheim)
The Elven Cap can be found in the far west of The Forbidden Sands in Vanaheim. You will have to crawl past a collapsed pillar to find it.
Return to the campsite on the Lake of Nine
Head to Midgard and return to The Eternal Campfire. Interact with the pot and listen to Mimir’s story. This rewards you with the “Meal of Comfort” (increases all stats permanently by 5).
This finishes Across the Realms Side Quest in God of War Ragnarok.

Hello! Love your work.
One tiny error, the final ingredient is in Alfheim, not Vanaheim. Your image is correct, just the text is wrong.
Cheers!
