To access the Landsuther Mines you need Brok’s side quest “Deus Ex Malachite” which you get by talking to him at one of his shops.

This is Brok’s second quest. You can trigger it at any of shops after completing his first quest “Second Hand Soul“. Can still be done after the story.
#2 – Raven 1/2 – 0:55
On your path into the Landsuther Mines, this Raven sits right above the Mystic Gateway & Brok’s Shop (see the next two collectibles).
#3 – Mystic Gateway 1/1 – 2:29
In plain sight on your way into the Landsuther Mines, below the Raven.
#4 – Shop 1/1 – 2:42

#5 – Raven 2/2 – 2:50
At the very end of the Landsuther Mines. When you’ve finished the area and Brok’s quest, you can go back inside the mines and climb up the first chain on the left to skip to the last room of the mines immediately. Outside that room where some enemies spawn is a raven on a rock, up high overlooking the area.
That’s 100% of the collectibles you can find in Landsuther Mines area in God of War.
