Ghostwire Tokyo All Prayer Bead Locations

This guide will cover the locations for all 33 Prayer Beads in Ghostwire Tokyo. Prayer Beads are equippable items that will increase various stats or give access to new abilities. You will first acquire one through story progression, after which you can start obtaining the remaining Prayer Beads. Obtaining all Prayer Beads is necessary for the Power Overwhelming trophy.

The majority of Prayer Beads can be obtained from the many shrines in the game after cleansing them. Several of them can be obtained from the Relic-Hunting Nekomatas around Tokyo by trading in Relics, while the last few are obtained from finishing the game with 100% of the spirits transferred. For the beads you obtain from completing the game, these will be in your inventory upon loading a Clear Save after completing the game, or on any new game save files. You can track your Prayer Beads under the Prayer Bead tab in your Inventory, and none of the Prayer Beads are missable.

1. Gust Beads I – You will run into them automatically when going up the viewing point during the “A Maze of Death” Main Mission in Chapter 2.

3. Gust Beads III – Found at Kamio Shrine after cleansing it
   • Wind-Elemental Attack Power +20/40/60%
4. Aqua Beads I – Found at Yamaki Shrine after cleansing it
5. Aqua Beads II – Found at Toyoi Shrine after cleansing it
6. Aqua Beads III – Found at Kappagaike Torii Gate after cleansing it
   • Water-Elemental Attack Power +20/40/60%
7. Flame Beads I – Found at Kirigaoka Shrine after cleansing it
8. Flame Beads II – Found at Mikubo Shrine after cleansing it
9. Flame Beads III – Found at Akitsu Shrine after cleansing it
   • Fire-Elemental Attack Power +20/40/60%
10. Archery Beads I – Found at Morite Shrine after cleansing it
11. Archery Beads II – Found at Matsumi Shrine after cleansing it
12. Archery Beads III – Found at Namihara Shrine after cleansing it
    • Arrow Attack Power +20/40/60%
13. Sleuth Beads I – Found at Hirokawa Shrine after cleansing it

    • Allows you to sense KK’s investigation notes within a radius of 100/200/300m.

17. Spirit Perception Beads II – Found at Saihama Building Rooftop Torii Gate after cleansing it
    • Allows you to sense spirits within a radius of 100/200m.
18. Nourishment Beads I – Found at Hirajuku Building Rooftop Torii Gate after cleansing it
19. Nourishment Beads II – Found at Tatsui Shrine after cleansing it
20. Nourishment Beads III – Found at Sakano Shrine after cleansing it
    • Doubles the amount of HP recovered by consumables
21. Talisman Beads I – Found at Momokane Building Rooftop Torii Gate after cleansing it
22. Talisman Beads II – Found at Shimokusa Shrine after cleansing it
    • Increases the effect duration of Stun and Thicket Talismans to 2x
    • Increases the effect radius of Exposure and Decoy Talismans to 2x
23. Prosperity Beads – Found at Chishima Shrine after cleansing it
    • Doubles the amount of meika gained from yellow ether crystals
24. Incognito Beads – Found at Noto Shrine after cleansing it
    • Makes it take longer for enemies to detect you
25. Self-Defense Beads I – Complete 3 Requests for Playful Nekomata at Kirigaoka Park
26. Self-Defense Beads II – Complete 5 Requests for Antique Nekomata near Shimokusa Shrine
27. Self-Defense Beads III – Complete All Requests for Netsuke Collector Nekomata near Kamio Shrine
    • Reduce damage taken by 10/20/30%
28. Astral Beads I  – Complete 3 Requests for Musical Nekomata near Matsumi Shrine
29. Astral Beads II – Complete 6 Requests for Doll Fanatic Nekomata near Namihara Shrine
30. Astral Beads III – Complete All Requests for Archeology Nekomata at Tatsui Shrine
    • Increases the amount of ether that appears to 2x
31. Transmission Beads – Finish the game
    • Allows you to transmit souls on the spot without using a phone booth
32. Tireless Beads – Finish the game with 100% Spirits Transferred
    • Allows you to unleash unlimited attacks
33. Shadow Beads – Finish the game with 100% Spirits Transferred
    • Makes it nearly impossible for enemies to spot you
