In Ghostwire Tokyo there are many varieties of food and drink that you can collect. These are consumables that are used to restore your health, as well as provide buffs in the case of Spectral Food. Collecting all food and drinks is necessary for the Gourmand trophy. There are 50 types of food and drink that must be collected. You do not need to have all 50 simultaneously, and you can check what you have found under the Consumables tab in Database.
There are two different means of obtaining food and drink: the first way is by collecting them up throughout the world either by picking up white bags (for regular food and drink) or floating spectral food. The second way is by purchasing food from certain stores, either convenience stores or vending machines which all stock the same food, or from shop stalls which have one unique food that cannot be obtained elsewhere. Some food is exclusive to stores, but everything you pick up in the world will be random.
If you are having difficulty locating any of the random food spawns, you can save in front of a white bag, as the food inside will be random every time. This way you can simply reload until you get an item you need. This is a tedious method so it is not recommended to do this unless you do everything else and are still missing a food item.

So ive got 51 items in my inventory lol still havent gotten the trophy.
Archavia says
Do you have any not listed here? It might be that they added more with day 1 patch.
Kent says
Same, 51/50 and no trophy. Not sure what’s going on. Help will be appreciated.

Konpeito is the last one I was missing. It’s open world RNG inside bags and can’t be bought. Really wish the bags would be highlighted with Spectral vision.
Archavia says
If you don’t find this naturally while doing other content, what you can do is save your game in front of a bag and just reload your save constantly to get different foods. Not recommended to grind it this way as it will be very tedious, but it’s an option if you don’t have it by the end.
CountReyna says
Strawberry Kakigori isn’t in a Shop Stall near Kuo Shrine, but in the southeast of Utagawa Shopping District Torii Gate one, near Tapioca Milk Tea.
Archavia says
Several items have multiple stall locations, so I’ve updated them to include all locations.
