In Ghost of Tsushima you need to find the Black Dye and White Dye Merchants for the Monochrome Masters trophy. This guide shows both their locations.
They sell special color dyes for your gear which is not available from any other merchants in the game. You can still visit them after the story in free-roam, so you can’t miss out on them. They are found in the open world at any time.
White Dye Merchant Location
The White Dye Merchant is located in Region 1: Izuhara, Prefecture: Komoda. After liberating the Occupied Mongol Territories around the area he will also be highlighted by a question mark on the map. He’s on top of the left mountain at Wanderer’s Pass (you can see the area name when fully zooming in on the uncovered map).
Black Dye Merchant Location
The Black Dye Merchant is located in Region 2: Toyotama, Prefecture: Kushi. After liberating the Occupied Mongol Territories around the area he will also be highlighted by a question mark on the map. He’s inside of a cave between Kawamata Village & Urashima’s Village (you can see the area name when fully zooming in on the uncovered map).
