Ghost of Tsushima has 8 Lighthouse Locations (+2 in Iki Island). Finding all Lighthouses unlocks the Light the Way trophy.
None of the Lighthouse Collectibles are missable! It doesn’t matter what dialogue choices or what ending you pick during the story. You can still get all Lighthouses after the story in free-roam. You can reveal them on the map as question marks by liberating all of the Occupied Mongol Territories.
The first two are automatic from the story and cannot be missed. The remaining 6 are found in the open world. You need to advance the story to progress to the next region. Once you climbed up a lighthouse, you need to light it to tick it off as completed.
Story-Related Lighthouses
Lighthouse #1: Tsutsu Lighthouse – you will rekindle this lighthouse automatically during Main Story Tale “The Tale of Ryuzo” (Act 1). This cannot be missed, it happens automatically during the story.
Lighthouse #2: Akashima Lighthouse – you will rekindle this lighthouse automatically during Main Story Tale “A New Horizon” (Act 2). This cannot be missed, it happens automatically during the story.

Jogaku lighthouse is not lit as part of the last main missions. – In the mission “Eternal Blue Sky” Jin says to not lit the lighthouse for now. After you finished said mission, you can go to the lighthouse and ignite the fire.
