Fortnite Season 4, Week 2 Challenges

May 8, 2018 by PowerPyx Leave a Comment

Here are all of Fortnite’s Season 4, Week 2 Battle Pass Challenges:

  1. Search Chests in Greasy Grove = 0/7
Greasy Grove is an area on the left side of the map. Go there and open any 7 chests. Can be done across multiple matches. You can hear the chests making a sound when one is nearby.
  2. Consume Hop Rocks = 0/7
Consume 7 Hop Rocks across multiple matches. Those are the glowing blue/purple rocks you can pick up from the floor that make you jump higher. Most often found around the Dusty Divor area in the middle of the map.
  3. Deal damage with Suppressed Weapons to opponents = 0/500
Deal a combined total of 500 damage using suppressed weapons across multiple matches. They are random spawns (look for Suppressed Pistol that spawns only in purple and gold rarity or a Suppressed Submachine Gun that spawns only in White, Green & Blue Rarity).

  4. Dance in front of different film cameras = 0/7
Guide: Fortnite Battle Royale Film Camera Locations. Go to the spots in the linked guide and dance in front of those cameras. You have to find 7 different cameras, it cannot be the same one 7 times. You can do this across multiple games.
  5. Search between a Scarecrow, Pink Hotrod, and a Big Screen (HARD) = 0/1
It’s for finding this week’s treasure map. It’s found at the Risky Reels in the north of the map (blue marker on map below, click image to view full size).

  6. Explosive Weapon Eliminations (HARD) = 0/3
Kill a total of 3 enemies with explosive weapons across multiple matches. They are random spawns.
  7. Eliminate opponents in Tomato Town (HARD) = 0/3
Land at Tomato town when the match starts. That’s a named area in the north (top) of the map (small town). It’s near the Wailing Woods in the north-east. Defeat 3 enemies in Tomato Town across multiple matches.

As usual, you should let yourself get killed and then end the match for best tracking. When you leave the match right away the progress may not update correctly under the Battle Pass challenges. If any challenge didn’t update it’s because you left the match before you got killed. After getting killed you can hold :circle: / :b: to safely leave the match.

All progress can be tracked in the Lobby before matches under the “Challenges” Tab. You must buy a Battle Pass (costs 1,000 V-Bucks) to be able to take part in the challenges. A battle pass lasts for one full season consisting of 10 weeks.

Check back next week for the Season 4 Week 3 Challenges 🙂
