Tonberry King’s Crown is a quest item in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. Finding the Tonberry King Crown location is needed for side quest The Saga of the Seaside Inn, to complete Objective “Steal and Deliver the Tonberry King’s Crown”.
Tonberry King’s Crown Location
First you will need to reach Chapter 9 to gain access to the desert in the south of Corel Region. While you can already get this objective in Chapter 7, it’s impossible to complete until Chapter 9.
After reaching Chapter 9 you will need to complete all 6 Expedition Intel Lifesprings in Corel Region. This will reveal Classified Intel: Heavy Lies the Crown on the map, in the south-east corner of Corel’s desert area. Make sure you have Steal materia equipped, it can be bought from Vending Machines, for example in the Gold Saucer at Battle Square (unlocked in Chapter 8). When ready approach the location and hold 
to summon the Tonberry King.
Deal damage to Tonberry King until he becomes pressured, then he will drop the Pristine Crown on the floor. Quickly use the Steal ability (using Steal Materia) before he picks up the crown again. Then it will go in your inventory. Finish the fight afterward. If you don’t get the crown during the fight, you can always repeat it by holding in the area.
