In Final Fantasy VII Rebirth you must find the Dio Location in Chapter 12 to complete Objective “Find Dio”. You are given a big search area in the Gold Saucer, but the game doesn’t tell you his exact location.
You find Dio in the Battle Square of the Gold Saucer, on Floor “Park – 2F”. Go talk to Aerith at the entrance. She will then walk into the arena, go after her and you’ll find Dio there.
Note that this will trigger a long series of boss fights. You should go into this well equipped. Have Healing and Prayer Materia equipped. If you have trouble with these fights you can change the difficulty to easy in the game settings. Also see Boss Guide for strategies.
