This guide shows all Accessory Locations in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. Accessories can be equipped for status boosts. Here you find a list of all Accessories in the game and where to locate them. The best accessories are found in the late game or from Combat Challenges. Knowing where to locate the Accessories is good preparation for a hard difficulty playthrough.
None of the Accessories in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth are missable. After the story you unlock chapter select and can go back to grab what you missed. Accessories are found in Chests and some are rewards from Side Quests or Challenges. This guide shows everything in chronological order and also includes duplicates (some pieces spawn more than 1 time). Additionally, you can buy some duplicates from Merchants and Vending Machines. Everything from the open world is still accessible in Chapter 13 via Chapter Select.

Chapter 2
Accessory #1: Headband
Chapter 2 – South corner of Kalm, in a chest on a small walkway on the opposite side of the river from the main town area.
Accessory #2: Aureate Pinion
Chapter 2 – Objective: Bill’s Chocobo Ranch – Location: Bill’s Ranch – Located in a chest along the fence behind (east) of the main chocobo stable building. You go to the chocobo stables automatically as part of the story so just keep advancing the story until you go here.
Accessory #3: Crescent Moon Charm
Chapter 2 – Objective: Break in the Saddle – from Chocobo Race: Hustle de Chocobo, if you reach Rank I (finish in 0:40:00). You automatically play this chocobo race during the story, can’t miss it. If you don’t reach the target time you can repeat the race as often as you like.

Chapter 2 – Reward from Side Quest: Where the Wind Blows – started in Kalm, inside the Inn west of the town center

Accessory #5: Bulletproof Vest
Chapter 3 – Objective: Escape the Depths – Location: Eastern Quarry – while the story makes you play as Barret, when you reach a mine cart you must push forward, push it to the left (don’t flick the switch) and climb up to find this in a box.
Chapter 4
Accessory #6: Enfeeblement Ring x3
Chapter 4 – Rewards from the Leapfrog Minigame, available after Calling All Frogs side quest.
Accessory #7: Salvation Badge
Chapter 4 – Location: Cargo Shipwreck – In a chest on the very top level of the shipwreck (1 of 3 chests for this cache location).
Accessory #8: Survival Vest
Chapter 4 – Objective: Out of the Civvies – Location: Larboard Passage – when you need to change into soldier fatigues, this can be found in a chest by the corridor of lockers. To the left of the clothes you must pick up.
Accessory #9: Revival Earrings
Chapter 4 – Objective: Hue and Cry – Location: Weapons Depot – after finishing the Junon Parade minigame, when you play as Cloud again and walk around with the Troopers. After going through the dining hall (enemy encounter there) and down a flight of stairs this chest will be right in front of you.
Accessory #10: Speed Demon Keychain
Chapter 4 – Objective: Hue and Cry – automatically obtained from the boss fight in this section, can’t miss it.

Chapter 7 – Score 22000 on Ghost Ship stage of Pirate’s Rampage. Must be done after the Rendezvous in Costa del Sol side quest, beating the score during it won’t give you it.

Chapter 7 – Complete the Run Wild’s Time Trial in under 2:30 minutes. Must be done after the Rendezvous in Costa del Sol side quest, beating the time during it won’t give you it.

Chapter 7 – Beat Ronnie in Crunch-Off at the Training Gym, must complete Bodybuilders in a Bind side quest to access. The Training Gym is where the side quest starts, south-west of Costa del Sol.

Chapter 7 – Beat Jules in Crunch-Off at the Training Gym, must complete Bodybuilders in a Bind side quest to access. The Training Gym is where the side quest starts, south-west of Costa del Sol.

Chapter 7 – in a chest at Seabreeze Storehouse cache location, directly next to the Chocobo Rental outside of Costa del Sol.

Chapter 7 – in a chest under the dock at Cape Del Amor cache location, south of Activation Intel 2: Seashell Coast Tower.
Accessory #20: Safety Bit
Chapter 7 – Objective: Set Their Route – Location: Mining Railway Mountain Track – Much later into the story, after going through Mt. Corel. When you control Cloud again you will be walking on train tracks. When you come by a lever on the train tracks, use the lever to change the tracks. Then follow the right track for just a little bit and climb the ladder on the left to find this in a building.

Chapter 8 – Beat Dio in 3D Brawler in Wonderment Square (this is an optional minigame not part of main objective).

Chapter 8 – Objective: Gearing up the for Race – In “The Dustbowl” (Corel Prison), which you reach automatically in the story after finishing the objectives in the Gold Saucer. When you must find food for Piko (your chocobo), you can go down the ladder in the south-east corner of the Dustbowl behind a fenced area. This leads to the Beast Battleground where you can fight waves of enemies for rewards. This is a reward Reward from Beast Battleground – “Prison Tourney: Subterranean Terrors”. Chapter 10 – Objective: Let the Trials Begin – Location: Cave of the Gi > Chamber of Deception > Tomb of Betrayal – After learning how to climb walls as Red, continue to the next room where you encounter two “Stinger” enemies (spider-like enemies). After defeating them, climb the left wall to find this.
Accessory #37: Timeworn Talisman
Chapter 10 – Objective: Let the Trials Begin – Location: Cave of the Gi > Chamber of Folly > Ascent of Ridicule Lower Flight – From the previous location, go through the next room and open the big gate by cutting the rope. Then go down to the bottom floor and there’ll be a box across another wall climb.

Chapter 10 – Objective: The First Trial – Location: Cave of the Gi > Chamber of Folly > Hall of Diversion – in the room where you must bring artifacts to Bugenhagen, on the right side on the floor.
