Final Fantasy 16 (XVI) Litany of Errors Walkthrough

Litany of Errors is a Side Quest in Final Fantasy 16 (XVI). This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Litany of Errors side mission.

• Quest Giver: Herman, Cursebreaker
• Requirement: Unlocked during the ‘Back to their Origin‘ Main Quest after speaking with Jill
• Reward: 9600 XP, 1000 AP, 40 Renown, Accessory: The Breath of Ice (Mesmerise)
• Quest Info: Herman, a recent recruit to the Cursebreakers seeks to Ash, no matter what the assignment mght be. Clive refuses on the grounds that it is simply too dangerous, but offers to go in Herman’s stead.

Objectives:

• Journey to the Badbach Conservatory
• Search the conservatory for the registry
• Search for a forked white tree
• Slay the Akashic
• Deliver the registry to Herman back at the hideaway

Starting Location: Litany of Errors

Journey to the Badbach Conservatory

Fast travel to Vidargraes, the furthest fast travel point to the east on Ash. Head south to the Conservatory.

Search the conservatory for the registry

Open the door where the quest marker is and read the book on the table to the left.

Search for a forked white tree

The tree is in the south-west corner of the area in a graveyard. Inspect it to find the registry.

Slay the Akashic

Kill the enemies.

Deliver the registry to Herman back at the hideaway

Speak to Herman where you started this quest.
