Introduction

Welcome to the FIFA 23 Trophy Guide! The game comes back with gameplay enhancement, revamped VOLTA mode and for the first time, this game gets crossplay. FIFA 23 is the end of an era. It is the last game from EA under this name due to the licensing deal between EA and FIFA coming to an end. There is no set order for following the steps outlined here, you can approach it in any order. Nothing is missable, you can play/replay every mode whenever you want. Most of the trophies need an online connection, so be aware of that. Most modes are gated behind online services and you don’t have access to most things when being offline.

Step 1: Complete Career mode

You have to do two Career playthroughs. First, create a new Manager career. You have to use a real manager and club. Do not use a created player or else you can not earn the trophies in this mode. You can simulate some of the matches, you will find more on this in the respective trophy descriptions.

After you have finished the Manager career, create a new career but this time you create a new Player, play through the season again.

Step 2: Complete Ultimate Team mode

You will spend some time in Ultimate Team mode because reaching Milestone 3 takes 90 Ultimate Team matches. But also winning 10 co-op games in Squad Battles can take a while. Last but not least you will spend most of the time getting Champions Qualification Points to qualify for FUT Champions Play-Offs. It depends on your skill how fast you earn those points because winning a match gets you more points than losing a match. Decide early on which player you want to reach 200 club appearance with fortrophy The Chosen One. Make sure you always keep this player in your Starting Squad, then you can make progress with this while working on other Ultimate Team trophies.

Step 3: Complete VOLTA mode

You may know VOLTA from the previous game. The main thing here is to unlock 50 items for trophy Full wardrobe. You will most likely get every other VOLTA trophy on your way to this trophy. All you have to do is play the different VOLTA modes over and over again. If you are still missing items after getting all other VOLTA trophies, you could speed things up by spending real money on FIFA Points.

Step 4: Complete Pro Club mode

For this you have to create your own club or join an existing club. To play matches here you need two human players or else you can not search for matches. You can get all trophies in just a few hours but it depends on your skill because you have to play against other human players online.

Step 5: Mop up Miscellaneous trophies

After getting all of the trophies from the modes above you only need some easy offline trophies. You can get every trophy here quickly with a friend or a second controller.

Reach 90 OVR with your Avatar in VOLTA FOOTBALL		 Auto Draft
To get this trophy you need 50 skill points. You earn skill points by playing matches and climbing up the Battle Pass. You will most likely earn this trophy while going for :gold: Full wardrobe.
Auto Draft Teamwork works
Win a VOLTA SQUADS match with 3 friends		 Auto Draft
You get this trophy by winning a VOLTA match with 3 human players on your team, you don’t need 3 friends from your friend list.

From the Main Menu choose “Play Modes” > “Pro Clubs x Volta Football” > “Volta Football”. You can now invite friends by pressing :r2: or just search directly via “Play VOLTA Squads”.
Auto Draft Fresh Fit
Change an item in the “Outfits” tab		 Auto Draft
From the Main Menu choose “Play Modes” > “Pro Clubs x Volta Football” > “Volta Football” > “Customise” > “Change Outfit”  > Select your Avatar. You will already have unlocked a few Outfits from the beginning. Just change one item.
Auto Draft Full wardrobe
Unlock 50 different vanity items		 Auto Draft
You have to buy 50 different items from the VOLTA shop. To earn VOLTA coins keep playing games and leveling up in the VOLTA game modes. Items unlocked from the Battle Pass also do count for the challenge.

Through legit gameplay it is very time-consuming to get enough VOLTA Coins. If you want to speed it up, you can spend real money on FIFA Points. After getting all other Volta Trophies it would take about €10 / $10 / £10 real money to buy the remaining items, if you’re going for the cheapest ones for 50 FIFA Points.

Reach Level 7 in a Season in VOLTA FOOTBALL or Pro Clubs		 Auto Draft
For this trophy, you only have to reach level 7 in VOLTA FOOTBALL. There are 20 levels each season in VOLTA FOOTBALL and each season lasts one and a half months. Afterward, a new season starts and your level resets. Press :l3: in the VOLTA FOOTBALL main menu to view your current progress, on the top left you will see how long the season lasts.
Auto Draft Sharing is Caring
Purchase a shareable item in the VOLTA Shop		 Auto Draft
Go to the VOLTA shop > Essentials. Only the Headwear, Facial Hair, Facial Accessories, and Tattoos have shareable items so press :r2: to get into these categories. Now press :tr: to see only the shareable items. A shareable item is useable between all your VOLTA characters.
Auto Draft Dead-ball specialist
Score a goal from a Free Kick		 Auto Draft
You will most likely get this through natural gameplay. But to make it easy this trophy can also be boosted with a friend or 2 controllers. From the main menu choose “Kick Off”. Here you can turn on the second controller or invite a friend by pressing :r2: . It does not matter which side you choose, just make sure your friend/second controller is on the other side. Now choose “Classic Match”, choose any club you like, and start the game. Your friend/second controller has to make a foul on you outside the box. You will get a free kick now, just score it to get the trophy. Can be combined with :bronze: Intuition and Execution & :gold: European Legend.
Auto Draft Intuition and Execution
Win a penalty shoot-out without missing		 Auto Draft
This trophy can be boosted with a friend or 2 controllers. From the main menu choose “Kick Off”. Here you can turn on the second controller or invite a friend by pressing :r2: . It does not matter which side you choose, just make sure your friend/second controller is on the other side. Now choose “UEFA Champions League” > “UCL Final”, choose any club you like and start the game, just let the time run out, or make sure you both have the same amount of goals. You will get to the penalty shoot-out now, make sure you win it. Can be combined with :bronze: Dead-ball specialist & :gold: European Legend.
Auto Draft Training Addict
Complete all Main Menu Skill Games		 Auto Draft
From the Main Menu choose “Skill Games”. You have to complete each game listed under “Basics”, “Dribbling”, “Ground Pass”, “Long Pass”, “Defending”, “Goalkeeper”, “Set Pieces”, “Shooting” & “Practice Scenarios”. Each category has between 5 and 10 matches to complete. In order to unlock some matches, you have to complete the previous match with at least a D rank. Complete all matches to get this trophy.
Auto Draft Power Shot
Score a goal using the power shot mechanic		 Auto Draft
You do a power shot by pressing :l1: + :r1: and :o: at the same time. You can do this in any game mode, this trophy will most likely unlock naturally.
Auto Draft Bring it on
Play/Win a match with the competitive settings turned on during any offline mode		 Auto Draft
Before starting a match go into “Customise” from the main menu. Choose “Settings” > “Controller Settings” and turn on the “Competitive Master Switch”. Now start a Match in Kick Off mode and win it, to make it easy you can invite and play against a friend.
Auto Draft Squad Building Connoisseur
Complete 10 Squad Building Challenges in FIFA Ultimate Team		 Auto Draft
Squad Building Challenges grants you some free packs or players in Ultimate Team. From the Main Menu choose “Ultimate Team” > “Squad Building Challenges”. It does not matter which challenges you do, but you have to do the first 4 challenges under “Foundations 1” to unlock the other sets of challenges.
Auto Draft The Winning Formula
Build a squad with 33 Chemistry Points in FIFA Ultimate Team		 Auto Draft
Chemistry Points show you how well your team works together. You get up to three Chemistry Points by having players of the same Nationality/Region, League, and Club in your Starting eleven. From the Main Menu choose “Ultimate Team”. Now hold :l-down: to see your squad. On the top left, you can see your total chemistry. Now make sure that each position in your starting eleven has a player from the same country and if possible the same league. If you don’t have enough players in your squad, select a position and press :l1: or :r1: to get into the market of your club to find and buy a player.
Auto Draft Tactical Tinkerer
Create your own custom tactic in FIFA Ultimate Team		 Auto Draft
From the Main Menu choose “Ultimate Team”. Now hold :l-down: to see your squad. Now press :l2: and select “Custom Tactics”. For this trophy, it’s enough to just change the “Defensive Style” to something else and back out with :o: . Save the settings and the trophy will pop.
Auto Draft Safe House
Play a game using any House Rule in FUT Friendlies		 Auto Draft
Go into “Ultimate Team”, press :r1: to get into the “Play” tab, now choose “Friendlies”. From here you can choose either “Couch Play”, “Play Online” or “Play a Friend”, it does not matter what you choose. You can play any mode except “Classic Match”, “Public Co-Op Match” or “My Playlist”. It does not matter if you win or lose this match.
Auto Draft Parking the Bus
Keep 10 clean sheets in FUT Squad Battles		 Auto Draft
Go into “Ultimate Team”, press :r1: to get into the “Play” tab, now choose “Squad Battles”. You have to win ten matches without the opponent getting a goal. To make this easier, after selecting an opponent, choose “Beginner” as difficulty. You don’t have to win 10 consecutive matches. Can be combined with :silver: In Cahoots.
Auto Draft In Cahoots
Win 10 Co-Op games with online friends in FUT Squad Battles or FUT Division Rivals		 Auto Draft
Go into “Ultimate Team”, press :r1: to get into the “Play” tab, now choose “Co-Op Lobby” and invite a friend, now choose “Squad Battles” or “Division Rivals”. You and your friend have to win ten matches. To make this easier, after selecting an opponent, choose “Beginner” as difficulty. You don’t have to win 10 consecutive matches. Can be combined with :bronze: Parking the Bus.
Auto Draft A Moment of Your Time
Complete 1 FUT Moment		 Auto Draft

Auto Draft Momentous Achievement
Earn 100 Stars in FUT Moments		 Auto Draft
FUT Moments are challenges like “Complete 10 ground passes” or “Score a goal” and you have only a short amount of time to complete them. Go into “Ultimate Team”, press :r1: to get into the “Play” tab, now choose “Moments”. You can see different categories, each category has a different amount of Moments. Complete one Moment gives you one star, completing all Moments in a category gives you some bonus stars. It does not matter which categories you do. Once you have 100 stars, the trophy will unlock.
Auto Draft I Played Them All
Reach Milestone 3 in a FUT Division Rivals Season		 Auto Draft
Go into “Ultimate Team”, press :r1: to get into the “Play” tab, now choose “Division Rivals”. To reach Milestone 3 you just have to play 90 matches in Division Rivals. On the left side of the Division Rivals menu, you will see “Season XX”, here you can watch your progress towards the milestones. You have to reach Milestone 3 in one season or else the progress will reset. Each season lasts one and a half months.
Auto Draft Let the Games Begin
Earn enough FUT Champions Qualification Points to qualify for FUT Champions Play-Offs		 Auto Draft
You will need a total of 1250 Qualification Points to qualify for the FUT Champions Play-Offs. To earn points you have to play matches in “FUT Division Rivals”. You get more points when you win a match than by drawing or losing a match. You also get more points in higher divisions. You start at Division 10. You can see your progress towards the points in the Ultimate Team main menu by choosing “Play” > “FUT Champions”.
Auto Draft Tune Your Club
Play at least a match with 3 different goal songs in FIFA Ultimate Team		 Auto Draft
In Ultimate Team click on “Objectives” > “Milestones”, there you must complete the following Milestone Objectives (scrolling over them in the menu shows the requirements):

  • Stadium Development I (play 8 matches in any Ultimate Team mode to complete this objective)
  • Stadium Development II (play 12 matches in any Ultimate Team mode to complete this objective)
  • Stadium Development III (play 18 matches in any Ultimate Team mode to complete this objective)
  • Stadium Vanity I (play 2 matches in any Ultimate Team mode to unlock the Goal Sounds)

Doing the 3 “Stadium Development” objectives is required to unlock “Stadium Vanity I”.

Then under Stadium Vanity I you must get the “Goal Deco 1”. In total, you have to play 40 matches in any Ultimate Team mode to be able to get this trophy.

Now under Ultimate Team > :r1: Club > Stadium > Club > Goal Sound -> activate the Goal Sound.

Play one match, then activate another goal sound and repeat for a total of 3 matches with 3 different goal sounds.
Auto Draft The Chosen One
Reach 200 club appearances with a player in FIFA Ultimate Team		 Auto Draft
To get this you have to play 200 matches with one player in Ultimate Team. So pick a good player and put him in your starting squad. Each completed match counts towards this. You can work towards this while working on other Ultimate Team trophies. All Ultimate Team Modes count for the appearances.

If you still need appearances, the fastest method is to play Squad Battles, quit after about 50 seconds in-game time (no need to score a goal), it may show an error warning on the screen “The EA Servers are unable to process your request” but this still counts as a match. The problem is you get a temporary softban from quitting too often, but it is still significantly faster than playing matches legit. Softbans are temporary and last up to 24 hours but in most cases it’s fixed within a few hours.

Alternatively, you can boost it with a friend. Do a friendly match with a friend and score a goal, now your friend just needs to leave the match. Your friend might still get a softban but can switch accounts if this happens. If you happen to have a 2nd console yourself this can also be a viable option.

Unlock all the traits within a skill-tree in Pro Clubs		 Auto Draft

Auto Draft First of Many
Complete and win your first Pro Club Seasons league match		 Auto Draft
You need to create or join a Club in “Pro Club” mode. Also, you need at least two other players in the club, ready to play, to search for league matches. If you found a match you have to win it.
Auto Draft Full-House
Play and Complete a Cup House Rules Match in Pro Clubs		 Auto Draft
You need to create or join a Club in “Pro Club” mode. Also, you need at least two other players in the club, ready to play. While matchmaking, go into the settings and change the game mode from league to cup. If you found a match you have to win it.
Auto Draft Specialist
Unlock an Archetype in Pro Clubs		 Auto Draft
To earn this trophy you need to fully upgrade any skill tree in the attributes tab of your Pro Player. From the Main Menu choose “Play Modes” > “Pro Clubs x Volta Football” > “Pro Club”. After creating a player you will be in the Pro Club Main Menu and you can select your Pro Player. Now choose any play style you like, and select “Attributes”. Here you can upgrade the skill trees. To get this as fast as possible only upgrade the “Pace” tab. It needs the lowest amount of points. To earn points you need to play Pro Club Matches. It takes around 15-20 games to get enough points for the “Pace” tab.
Auto Draft Make the Grade
Receive an A grade in a Pro Clubs Skill Game		 Auto Draft
Inside the Pro Club Menu, you have to choose “Play Skill Games”. Now select the first Skill Game “Movement Basic”. It is very easy, just complete it and you will get an A grade. If you don’t get it you can repeat it over and over again.
Auto Draft Dazzling Personality
Have a personality trait being over 75% dominant		 Auto Draft
In Career Mode, start a new player Career, create your own Player (untested if it also works with Real Player). For the trophy you must reach Personality Tier 3 which requires 75,000 personality points AND also reach 75% or higher with a personality. It shouldn’t matter which of the 3 personalities you do this with, but at the time of writing the one confirmed to work is the purple one (Virtuoso).
Auto Draft Balanced Path
Reach 40% Personality Points in two personalities of your choice		 Auto Draft
From the Main Menu select “Play Modes” > New Career > Use Initial Squads > :up: Play as a Real Player > Advance > pick team: “France: Paris SG” > :x: to Advance > make sure Donnarumma is selected and press :x: Advance (don’t change any settings in this screen) > Yes > :x: to Advance > :x: Create new Career > Enter Name > :opt: to confirm > in 1st screen press :right: to switch from “Decisions” screen to “Shopping” screen > Buy A High-End Hybrid Mattress > trophy unlocks.

The Mattress item gives +25 Maverick Points and +25 Virtuoso Points which brings two personalities to 40% and immediately unlocks the trophy.
Auto Draft Girl Power
Win a tournament with a team from the Women’s League		 Auto Draft
From the Main Menu choose “Play Modes” > “Quickplay Modes” > “Tournaments” > “Custom Tournament”. Make sure you have the settings set to:

  • Knockout
  • Number of Teams: 2
  • Auto Fill Teams: No
  • Advanced Settings: Off
  • Team Type: Woman

In the next screen press :triangle: to change teams, set 1st Team to “England: Arsenal”, 2nd Team to “England: Leicester City”. Press :x: on Arsenal so that the player icon shows up to its left, this way you will play as a stronger team against a weaker one. Press :opt: to continue to the next screen, then scroll over your tournament, press :x: and :opt: to start. Click Play Match > Sim Match > Quick Sim. If you win the trophy unlocks in the “End Tournament” screen. It only takes 1 minute to do it this way. If you lose you can reload the Tournament to simulate it again, or redo the steps to pick different teams.
Auto Draft Multitasking
Complete 10 or more activities during a season		 Auto Draft
In Career Mode, you must go to the “Activities” Tab and do 10 Activities. It counts Decisions as well as Shopping Activities. Here’s a quick way to get it in 3 minutes:

From the Main Menu select “Play Modes” > New Career > Use Initial Squads > :up: Play as a Real Player > Advance > pick team: “France: Paris SG” > :x: to Advance > make sure Donnarumma is selected and press :x: Advance (don’t change any settings in this screen) > Yes > :x: to Advance > :x: Create new Career > Enter Name > :opt: to confirm > in 1st screen press :right: to switch from “Decisions” screen to “Shopping” screen > Buy the 9 Items to complete 9 Activities > press :circle: to leave the Menu and advance through the tutorial screens, then choose “Advance” > press :right: to simulate until 1st match > before playing the 1st match go back to “Activities” tab > Decisions > select “Greet Your Teammates” > trophy unlocks (bought 9 Shopping Activities + did Greet your Teammates).
Auto Draft Life-Like
Complete a season with a real manager and his original team		 Auto Draft
From the Main Menu choose “New Career”, here you can choose between “Create New Manager” and “Create New Player”. Highlight “Create New Manager” and press :l-up: to “Play as Real Manager” and press :x: , select any Manager from any League you like, advance through the next two windows and save the career. Select any Cup and accept its invitation. You now have to complete a season which goes from August until July next year. You can simulate until the end of the season, but it is not recommended because there is a very high chance that your contract will be terminated and you get assigned to a new club which would void the trophy. So play at least every second match and simulate the rest until the end of the season. To simulate a day/week, go to “Weekly Schedule” and press :r1: to get to the calendar. Choose a date and press :x: to simulate.
Auto Draft High Grades
Get an “A” rating for a transfer negotiation		 Auto Draft
You earn this trophy in the Career mode as Manager. To get this as fast as possible start a new career as a real Manager and select any Manager you like, and accept any Invitation to a Pre-Season Tournament and continue. Now to the following steps:

  1. Go to transfers -> Search players and search for Alexandru Cicâldău (Age 24, Romania) <- You can negotiate with any player you want, but it is recommended to use a free agent like him because they are cheaper.
  2. Press :x: on Alexandru and select “Shortlist & View in Transfer Hub”
  3. Inside the “Transfer Hub” select Alexandru, press :x:  and chose “Approach to Sign”
  4. An interactive cutscene will start with Alexandru and his manager, it does not matter what you choose here. Just make sure if they offer something that you accept their offer.
  5. At the end another short cutscene will start, the negotiation will end and the trophy will pop

You can also do this in an ongoing career, but you have to wait until the Transfer Window Opens in either July or January before starting with the above steps.
Auto Draft Aiming High
Complete 10 enhanced objectives across all matches		 Auto Draft
You have to go into Career Mode and create a new player, do not use a real player because it would void the trophy. Now you have to play at least ten matches. For each match, you get three objectives, but only one of them is an enhanced objective. You can view your objectives by pressing :opt: , the enhanced objective has a mark under the description. You have to finish the match for the challenge to count. Complete ten objectives in total and you will get this trophy.
Auto Draft European Legend
Win the UEFA Champions League Final		 Auto Draft
This trophy can be boosted with a friend or 2 controllers. From the main menu choose “Kick Off”. Here you can turn on the second controller or invite a friend by pressing :r2: . It does not matter which side you choose, just make sure your friend/second controller is on the other side. Now choose “UEFA Champions League” > “UCL Final”, choose any club you like and start the game, just let the time run out, or make sure you both have the same amount of goals. You will get to the penalty shoot-out now, make sure you win it. Can be combined with :bronze: Dead-ball specialist & :bronze: Intuition and Execution.
Auto Draft Best of Five
Play 5 H2H matches with a friend in Kick Off		 Auto Draft
For this trophy, you need a second controller. Go into “Play Modes” > “Kick Off” mode from the main menu. Choose a different side with each controller and continue. It does not matter which mode you are playing. However, to speed up the process, you can choose “House Rules” > “First to…” and set the goal to 1. Just get a goal now and the match is over. Do not restart the match, instead start a new match. Restarting the match five times does not count.

Play a women’s international football match		 Auto Draft

  1. Whilst this looks like the easiest fifa platinum in many years Your suggested completion time of 40-50 hours is impossible

    Try 100+

    200 games with a single player in UT will take about 70 hours

    The Full Wardrobe trophy requires 50 items. 29 are only unlockable via challenges for various tasks.
    The value of each cosmetic item is very high and the remaining 21 items will not be unlocked quick unless I am missing how you earn the battle points.
    One of the challenges is to compete 100 Volta squad games, that’s at least 20 hours just for that item

    Keen to hear if I’m missing this something but whilst it looks like an easier fifa platinum its definitely not a shorter one

    • You can boost the 200 matches as I described 🙂 Plus someone told me that you maybe can do a trick that worked in FIFA 22. If you have a friend who already has this trophy and you play a Co-op game with the player in his squad you will also receive this trophy. But I need to verify that method this weekend.

      I don’t have the wardrobe trophy myself yet, but someone with the plat told me that you can boost the matches there too. I’ll try that myself tomorrow. Personally, I think they will drop the prices anyway because those items seem way to overpriced. Last year for example socks did cost 400 points, but now every item costs at least 25k. But we’ll see I guess. There are two people with the plat within 3-4 days. So the estimated time should be good for now.

    • I adjusted the platinum time because I’m getting more information that I was indeed wrong and you can actually buy the items with real money which is why the plat was earned already.

    • For the trophy. You can choose the enhanced objective and skip to the end of the match onze completed.

    • Or maybe you can’t skip to the end of the match. Cause I haven’t got my trophy yet. In fifa22 you could.

  7. There is a much easier way to get “High Grades”

    Just start a new career, do a player search for “Free agents”, and sign a player that looks like he has a lot of at least green/yellow attribute ratings.

    Because there is no signing fee/it’s a free transfer (you only have to give him a contact), the game counts it as an amazing A-rated signing. Trophy will pop.

  11. Does anyone have a good way of getting “Dazzling Personality”? The points take AGES to get. If I simulate games, I get 0 (if I use calendar). If I quick sim a game I get like 20 points. By playing I get 150(ish). Then training I get 3×45 points… and you need 75k?! Am I doing something horribly wrong?

    • Just keep doing a few more. This is because those you earned from limited time stars (who are expired) do not count

  18. Unfortunately I found that if you get the message “we are sorry but there is an error connecting to ultimate team after match” (as some people have experienced) just as you were about to unlock a trophy, it won’t unlock.

    I had played my 200th game with a player and should have got the trophy, but got that message instead and no trophy.

    I’ve since played over two hundred games with 3 other players and the trophy still hasn’t popped.

  20. Actually, scrap that. After the 208th match the Trophy unlocked. Maybe it was to do with EAs servers even though I’d reached the requirements.

    I recommend dont plat this shit yet, wait some months.
    Dazzling personality will take you days, because it changes from 70k to 90k if you save and back
