Far Cry 6 How to Get All Bandido Leaders

Far Cry 6 has 8 Bandido Operation Leaders. Each Leader has 2 unique skills. Having all Leaders allows you to take on more Bandido Operations at once. The Bandido Operations can be started at each of the 3 main camps (Madrugada, Velle De Oro, El Este). They are a sort of passive minigame where you send your leaders out on missions. It takes them a few hours (real time) until they arrive at their target. Then you can return to the Bandido Operations Board at camp to give them a series of commands.

The Bandido Operations give useful rewards such as money and weapons. So doing as many of them simultaneously is very beneficial, especially in the early game. They don’t require any work on your end, you just need to have unlocked the Leaders first. Also, you’ll want to match the right leader to the right Bandido Operation that requires their skill. This will increase the success chances of the mission. The first 2 are from the main story, the other 6 are from specific Side Quests (Yaran Stories). Most of them are from Yaran Stories in Valle De Oro, the Central region.

None of the Leaders are missable. You can still get all of them after the story in free-roam.
