High Supply is a Treasure Hunt in Far Cry 6. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the High Supply treasure hunt quest.
Region: Madrugada
Sub-Region: Lozanía
Requirement: Locate the Treasure Hunt starting point in the open world and read the note at its location
Reward: 150 XP, M16 A1 (Rifle), 2 Gun Powder, 2 Supremo-Bond
Mission Info: I need to climb the mogote to find the military air drop.
Objectives:

Reach the air drop
Start by climbing up the first sections of rock and mind the gap once you proceed the path.
Up next is the first grappling section with two grappling points. Once you are close to the first one, an on-screen-prompt will appear to grapple to the upper one.
Continue along the wooden planks and into a cave, where the next grappling point is located.
Next up is a large gap in the ground. Don’t jump it, as it’s too far. Instead, climb up on the left side, make a jump to the rocks on the other side, continue to shimmy along over the gap and make one more jump back to the other side before dropping down.
After this section is another one with your grappling hook, this time with swinging. While mid-swinging, check the screen for the new grapple-prompt. This means you are good to switch from the first to the second anchor-point.
There is another section with two grappling points right after this one. Eventually, we need to climb up to go back to the surface.
Use your melee to get rid of the twigs and climb up the next section of rocks.
After this, there will be two more grappling-sections.
Finally, shoot/detonate the fenced off rocks to make them fall down and clear your path.
Now you can pick up the supply drop.
