Clear the Air is a Main Story Quest (Operation) in Far Cry 6. This walkthrough will guide you through all objectives of the Clear the Air main mission.

Mission Info: José Castillo stole our land and our people. Now the poison his troops spray on the fields is fucking killing us. Take out the crop dusters, yellow taknkers, fumigators and barrels that contain the poison.

Talk to Carlos
Speak with Carlos and try to convince him that you fight for a common goal – to end the reign of Castillo.
Montero tasks you with destroying the regimes poisonous infrastructure. There are a total of three areas you need to check out.
Each of them has a few more items than you actually need, so you don’t have to destroy each and every item. You’ll see that your percentage in the top left corner will increase, once you start destroying the eligible structures. Once you’ve reached around 33% on your progress-bar on the first location, head to the next one to find some more targets.
Destroy the Poison
If you have already cleared the airspace, it could speed things up, because you won’t be hit by the enmies’ anti-aircraft-guns. But nevertheless, getting inside a helicopter is a good idea to quicky destroy the targets.
The first location has large tanks, a tank truck, smaller barrels as well as some soldiers with hazmat-suits. As a rule of thumb: if it’s yellow, shoot it.
The second spot adds cropduster planes to the mix. If you happen to be on foot in any of these zones, make sure to use your Supremo once in a while. It can save some of your regular (explosive) ammo, while destroying a whole large object.
The third area also features large tanks, small barrels and a few hazmat-soldiers – plenty to fill your destruction-gauge to 100% and complete Carlos’ favour.
